Hello,

I’m working on my website, but I still have a few more problems. I get an blanc popup once in a while when I open the website. And I have a plugin named: WPConfigurator, but the Xstore theme blocks a part of it in the cart page. This is how I want it to be: https://prnt.sc/v2ti1a . This is how it is: https://prnt.sc/v2tiv3 . After contact with support from the plugin they told me that the theme blocks the plugin option. Is it possible to change or delete some files from the theme so I get the details of a bundle.

Hello,

1) Theme Options > Header builder delete the Newsletter element from the header content or change settings of it.
2) We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
Provide us with temporary FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

Hello,

Thank you. Could you, please, ask plugin author what hook do they use to display that information? It looks that it’s missing in our theme.

Hello this wat their reaction.
“Do you have problem with the current cart layout? Do you have plugins enabled? If yes, it might be caused by the plugin that renders the cart. The cart layout used for the configurator is the default cart layout.”
