Hello,
1) I see that you installed WP Mail SMTP plugin. Either choose the Mailer and fill in appropriate fields for the mailer https://prnt.sc/104yvb4 or if you want to use the default mailer then disable plugin. Once plugin enabled we don’t get test email but it’s there once plugin disabled.
2) Points and rewards plugin is third-party plugin and we don’t have pre-created examples of the email for this. Provide us with FTP access to check if we could add support of emails for this plugin.

We can’t fix the email builder issue without FTP. We need access to wp-content folder only. You can create user with limited permissions to this folder only and remove it once we finish.

Connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > Typography choose the necessary font and save settings.

Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.
Never change or add any files to the parent theme folder! Use child theme for these purposes.
create necessary subfolders in child theme, place files there and call the file in the child theme functions.php.
Downgrade PHP version to 7.4. Theme and bundled plugins do not fully support PHP 8.0 at this moment.

We checked your checkout and found that the same error appears even with the default Storefront theme https://gyazo.com/84786e1bd5fe473f4f0176bdbd806f04 , so XStore is not the reason of your problem and we can do nothing. Try to deactivate third-party plugins one by one and check if third-party plugin causes the issue.
