1) Problem on single product was caused by template-elements.php that you copied to child theme. Don’t copy any files from the framework folder of the parent theme. If you need to change any function from these files copy just function to child theme functions.php. So, I renamed the folder in you child theme. Now copy just function that you changed there to child theme functions.php.

2) You used the wrong selectors in the plugin settings. I changed them according to theme documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/
