Some problem after 7.2.5 - by JFOC - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,
    Some issue after upgrading to 7.2.5:
    1. Off-canvas of quick view background become transparent (previous was white background color)
    2. Product page, the Product tabs are auto-close when expanding from the collapse.

    why everytime you release a new update, causing many problem to the site???

    Hello,

    1. Clear cache and check one more time. I do not see the problem – https://prnt.sc/zttcqc
    2. Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear cache, and check then.
    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    1. we have a clear cache already. and what you saw right now is popup, because of off-canvas is troublesome since 7.2.5
    2. why disabled the plugins ? was working fine with 7.2.4.1

    Hello,

    To fix the style issues go to XStore > Files generator > click Generate file button again.
    Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue with the single product tabs and PHP Warning.

    sometimes ago on another topic, I already give you the access details to fixing the PHP Warning (7.2.4.1). Instead of you fixing it, but you did disabled the Variant Gallery settings from the customize

    Generate file is not fixing problem number 1. I have to add custom CSS to fix this problem instead

    Hello,

    Could you, please, give access to plugins for our WP Dashboard user?
    I enabled the variation gallery but don’t see the mentioned warning. Could you also tell me your steps to get that warning?

    Hello,

    What is the date of that error in your error log? I don’t see new error logs in the WooCommerce logs https://prnt.sc/1002oqb

    What about access to plugins for the WP Dashboard user? Also, we need access to cache plugin settings. We need it to check the issue with the product tabs.

    hi,

    the error happens just before your latest message when open the product page.
    I do not think the error log is recorded in woocommerce log, since the error is from PHP should be recorded in the error_log file.

    By the way I just disabled the cache plugin so you no need to worry about the cache during the testing.

    About the product tabs issue definitely after upgrading to 7.2.5. So I doubt the problem from other plugins.

    If you check and debugging through the chrome dev tools on attribute element changes, your frontend js is changing the CSS element style

    Hello,

    Could you provide us with link to your error log file? Because we need to control if our fix future helps with that warning.

    We need to be able to enable/disable XStore Core plugin at least during fixing of the product tabs. Why can’t you allow us access to the Plugins item? Is this a problem for you?

    about the error log file, it is in the root of the webserver won’t be accessible from the web or FTP
