A client needed a quote on the checkout feature so we added Request a Quote for WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/products/request-a-quote-plugin-for-woocommerce/
Right now once a quote has been filled in we get no user information in the email? Any ideas what is going on?

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Check the issue with the default theme. Do you still have it?
