Topic: Font on PC/Mac

Hi,

For some reason font on the computer is different than mobile. (looks like some kind of Times New Roman…) I had default font installed – is it not loading fully? I cleared all caches – CDN as well

Hello,

Connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > Typography choose the necessary font and save settings.

And why did it happen? To be honest I don’t remember what font I have. I purchased the theme because I liked the default look. Why is it ok on mobile?

Would you be able to help I provided FTP details in PC

Hello,

Have you changed FTP access https://gyazo.com/d110145403bff5216963ebf2b51d791d ?
Connect to your server using FTP and remove the /wp-content/fonts/lato folder.
After that go to Theme Options > Typography and choose Lato font for the body and headings again.

Hi,

It sorry. account hasn’t been saved after I created it for you.

We did as instructed, folder removed, theme settings updated. It is ok when we go to Theme settings (preview mode), when I publish changes it is again the wierd font.
