    Dear @Chie,

Thank you for taking the time to report the errors you have encountered. We are currently reviewing the details you provided but require some additional information to fully understand the issues.

Could you please clarify how these errors are occurring? Are they appearing randomly in your error log, or have you encountered them directly on your website? Additionally, it would be helpful to know if there have been any recent changes made to your server, as these could potentially be linked to the errors due to modifications in the code.

If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a step-by-step guide, video, or screenshots demonstrating how to reproduce the errors. This information will be invaluable in assisting us to resolve the issues promptly.

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.

    Dear @delovionline,

We are pleased to inform you that all the errors previously displayed in your CPanel have been successfully resolved. The latest updates have been applied and verified on the Patchstack server, where all fixes received a success mark. You can view the confirmation at the following link: https://prnt.sc/tKupXH_W5cjT.

Should you have recently updated your theme and core plugin, please allow some time for your CPanel to clear the cache of the vulnerability results. Alternatively, you may contact their support team to expedite the vulnerability check for your website’s theme/core.

Regarding your inquiries about deprecations, they are primarily due to the use of a higher PHP version that is not yet supported. We recommend downgrading to PHP version 8.0 and verifying if the issue persists.

For future correspondence, we kindly ask that you submit separate queries for different topics to enhance the efficiency of our support.

    Dear @PJone,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to inform you that the issue you reported regarding the header not displaying on the Product Archives has been successfully resolved. Upon investigation, we found that the problem was due to incorrectly set conditions for the Global header. For your reference, here are the incorrect conditions: https://prnt.sc/YINMfxMWb1FM.

We have corrected this by setting the Main header to apply across the entire website, as it should ideally be configured. You can view the updated settings here: https://prnt.sc/QAtdUHQFHyZu.

The header should now display correctly across all pages of your website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Should you have any further issues or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We greatly value the feedback and suggestions from our clients, and we strive to accommodate your needs whenever feasible. We are pleased to inform you that we have considered your suggestion regarding the retention of the main video in the general product gallery while switching between product variations. Dear @Daniyal,

I hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented the code enhancements on your website as discussed. We kindly request that you review the updated functionalities at your earliest convenience.

For your reference, we have recorded a short video demonstrating the current results, which can be viewed here: https://we.tl/t-52r9o5eR4s. Dear @YT,

We hope this message finds you well. We wish to inform you that the Advanced Cart/Checkout settings available in the Theme Options do not function when your Cart/Checkout pages are constructed using Elementor Cart/Checkout widgets. Unfortunately, there is no universal code that enables us to toggle the visibility of such sections in the Theme Options based on the builder content or if their content is displayed via shortcode.

To address this, we kindly request that you navigate to your Checkout page and select ‘Edit with Elementor’. You can do so by following this link: https://prnt.sc/Gq1Z-pLj51W0. We are confident that you will find numerous settings for the Checkout page element that should be functional, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/6gF_vx8nFaQt.

    Dear @Micol,

We have reviewed the issue you reported concerning the inability to click on the “Shop” menu item in the mobile menu. The problem arises because the submenu content is activated by clicking on the “Shop” item, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/WkNP7yXtwdvL. To avoid complications such as the need for multiple clicks or difficulties with a small arrow, the entire item area is designed to be clickable.

We noticed that you have previously created similar menu items where the main item is added as the first item of the submenu, as can be seen here: https://prnt.sc/cy5wOaO5iNpo. Following this setup, we recommend adding the “Shop” menu item as the first item of your submenu, similar to this example: https://prnt.sc/MK2uv8SzuxCI.

We have implemented this change for you, and you can review the result now at this link: https://prnt.sc/dnww7E9ioAB7.

    Dear @Daniyal,

Thank you for reaching out and providing the screenshot to help us understand the issue you are experiencing.

Upon reviewing the screenshot you shared, we did not observe any problems related to stretching -> https://prnt.sc/0MJhA5bJ7GgY. It is worth noting that a similar query has been addressed by Elementor support in the past. They have provided a detailed article that might be helpful in resolving the issue you are encountering. You can access the article here: https://elementor.com/help/full-width-not-working/.

Could you please confirm if you have cleared your browser and plugin cache before testing? This step is crucial for ensuring that you are viewing the most recent version of your webpage.

If the issue persists, or if the visual appearance of the banner on the homepage appears different, could you kindly provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue? This information will greatly assist us in further diagnosing and resolving the problem.

    Dear @Focu5,

We have conducted a thorough analysis of your website’s loading speed using prominent testing tools such as GTmetrix (https://gtmetrix.com/) and Google PageSpeed Insights (https://pagespeed.web.dev/). Based on our findings, we are pleased to provide you with tailored recommendations that aim to enhance your website’s loading time and overall user experience.

    1. **Simplification of Homepage Slider**: We noticed that the Revolution Slider on your homepage is relatively basic in design, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/xpiErunYsdYE. We suggest creating a simpler slider using the XStore theme’s functionality, which requires less code and consequently improves loading times. You can learn more about creating slides with XStore here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZwO_Cwzy14&t=2s&ab_channel=8THEME. Once created, you can replace the existing slider with the lighter XStore version.

    2. **Reduction of Initial Server Response Time**: One of the GTmetrix test results highlighted the need to reduce the initial server response time. Further details on addressing this issue can be found here: https://gtmetrix.com/reduce-initial-server-response-time.html.

    3. **Disabling Unused JavaScript**: If there are outdated plugins on your website that you no longer use, consider disabling the JavaScript script that loads on all pages to enhance performance. More information is available at: https://prnt.sc/jf1jbYzVaSPB.

    4. **Optimization of Font Awesome Icons**: If Font Awesome icons are not utilized in your menus, you may disable the option to enqueue this library: https://prnt.sc/e48NCm3CPeCi. Should these icons be used in Elementor widgets, Elementor will automatically manage the loading of the necessary library.

    5. **Activation of XStore Ajaxify Option**: We recommend activating the XStore Ajaxify option for Elementor widgets located outside the initial viewport seen by visitors upon accessing your site. You can read more about this feature here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/speed-performance-is-low-how-can-speed-up-the-site-template/#post-384938.

    6. **Code Implementation for Testing**: Further enhancements can be explored by implementing the code described in the following discussion: https://www.8theme.com/topic/367470-ticket-wishlist-pagespeed-back-up/#post-367575.

    7. **WP Rocket Plugin Settings**: For optimal configuration of the WP Rocket plugin, please refer to the settings outlined here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/speed-is-too-slow-can-you-check-why-as-i-tried/#post-386858.

We trust that these recommendations will significantly improve the speed and functionality of your website. Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Daniyal,

We have reviewed your queries regarding the customization of your webpage. To achieve a full-width page layout, you may select the ‘Elementor Full-width page layout’ option within the Single Product Builder. For further details, please refer to this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/DjFGx0_QB6bR. Subsequently, you can adjust your containers to stretch to the full width of the window or opt for a boxed layout by modifying the appropriate settings as shown here: https://prnt.sc/p42h6Op1VM0o.

Regarding your request for varying the positions of elements across different devices, this can be addressed as previously discussed. You will need to select the appropriate order for the elements on each device via the device-specific settings, as illustrated in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/7bCkIyXS29mX.

We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with the new Container-based structure and the options available upon its activation. This exploration will aid in better understanding and utilizing the features effectively.

Should you require further clarification or if you are uncertain about achieving the desired outcomes, you have the option to create a separate Single Product Layout in the ‘layouts’ section. This can be specifically applied to products within a unique category for testing purposes, as compared to the older version. For an example of this setup, please view: https://prnt.sc/AcOQUKyU8lwo and https://prnt.sc/yQJJNOH03cNk. Also, you can build the layout on your staging web-site or localhost and use import/export template then if the result is appropriate for you -> https://prnt.sc/LmdAqUcwcMRT.

Please take your time to review these configurations. If you have any more questions or need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.

    Hello @Daniyal,

Thank you for bringing the issue with your Single Product page to our attention. After conducting our tests, we discovered that the problem is caused by the active Variation Gallery option (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/UOpRU0oAQWfl). When this option is disabled, the video does not hide on full page load. However, we understand that you prefer to keep this option active and have the bug fixed.

To explain further, the current gallery, including the video, is replaced upon full page load because a product variation is triggered. When this happens, the variation gallery replaces the main gallery, which includes the video. In your specific case, we noticed that you have two sections with almost identical content in different locations (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/J4bzZVUZn58g). This makes it more challenging for us to find a fix.

We suggest optimizing your Single Product content by using Elementor Containers (https://elementor.com/help/container-element/) instead of Sections. This offers several benefits:
    1. The client won’t load the same elements twice on the page, which are currently shown/hidden by CSS.
    2. It will speed up the Single Product page load time.
    3. Containers allow for reordering elements on different devices (e.g., if the product title is the third element on a PC, you can order it to be the first on a tablet or mobile device).

If you agree to migrate your Single Product layout from Sections to Containers, we recommend implementing this change first. Once this is done, please contact us again, and we can proceed with addressing the video gallery issue. This approach allows us to find a more efficient solution rather than adding additional code for re-rendering each gallery on the page, which can be resource-intensive.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

To further assist you, we kindly request that you test the default Storefront theme to see if the error persists. Dear @Cataclyps,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to kindly suggest that you review the documentation for the Loco Translate plugin, which can be accessed here: [Loco Translate Manual](https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual). This resource will provide you with comprehensive guidance on managing translations.

For instance, after translating strings as shown here [Example Translation](https://prnt.sc/QU4Uy9IJYftg), the translated versions will appear on your frontend, as illustrated here [Frontend Translations](https://prnt.sc/EXboR276qUrD).

Regarding your inquiry about locating specific elements such as the quickview popup, size guide, wishlist, compare, and the sales booster in Loco Translate, we would appreciate more detailed information in case you faced any issues while trying to translate those strings in plugin. This will help us assist you more effectively, as there are numerous strings associated with these elements in our theme, shown here [Theme Strings](https://prnt.sc/rXwmQ7z86gro).

You may manually enter translations for the required terms directly in the Loco Translate plugin, as demonstrated here [Manual Translation Entry](https://prnt.sc/v1zKFvJynwKZ). Should any issues arise with these translations, please inform us so we can verify if there are any related concerns on our end.

Please note that some strings may need to be translated from the XStore theme, while others may be from the XStore Core plugin, as indicated here [Plugin Strings](https://prnt.sc/Wq4g0VHW63S_).

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns you may have.

    Dear @FIT,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with printing pages in Google Chrome, where code appears instead of the text.

Currently, default themes and plugins for WooCommerce and Elementor do not fully support such features out-of-the-box. Our product is directly compatible with WooCommerce and Elementor, and to achieve the functionality you’re requesting, it would require a comprehensive approach, integrating everything seamlessly.

Given that this is a unique request from your side, it isn’t feasible for us to develop a specific solution immediately. However, we can offer several potential solutions:

    Feature Request:
You can create a feature request on our task board here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If we see significant interest (10-20 votes), we will consider it for future development.

    Plugin Search:
Look for a plugin that specializes in printing pages correctly and contact their support for assistance.

    Custom Code Development:
You can opt for custom code development. This will involve a substantial amount of coding and associated costs. We offer a customization service which you can inquire about here: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Browser Extension:
As a workaround, you can use the “GoFullPage – Full Page Screen Capture” extension available for Chrome. This allows you to take a complete screenshot of the page and save it as a PDF.

We hope one of these solutions meets your needs. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

    Dear @Cataclyps,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to advise against making direct translations in theme/core files, as these changes will be overwritten with the next update. Instead, we recommend using a tool such as the Loco Translate plugin. This approach allows you to manage translations effectively, and once completed, the translations will be preserved in the appropriate file on your server. You may uninstall the Loco Translate plugin after the translations have been saved.

Regarding your inquiry about the mobile mega menu, we find the details provided somewhat unclear. Could you please clarify the necessity of utilizing a wide mega menu within the limited content area of a mobile menu (https://prnt.sc/jIOsfVgw_D07)? It would be helpful to understand the desired outcome you aim to achieve with your mobile menu configuration. Typically, such wide menus exceed the width of mobile devices, and we did not anticipate a demand for this feature in mobile contexts. A more suitable solution might involve adding a custom WordPress Menu, or creating a Saved Template or Static Block specifically for mobile use, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/pD8IVW3M6HVG.

We look forward to your response and are eager to assist you further.

    Dear @gewoonbovenaan,

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide some guidance regarding the translation of your website’s header and footer using the Elementor builder.

    1. Header Translation: It appears that you are currently utilizing both an old and a new header builder. If your intention is to implement the new header across your entire website, I recommend translating the new header. This approach will prevent the need to translate both headers, thereby streamlining the process.

    2. Theme Options Translation: The following screenshots indicate lines from the theme options that may require manual translation:
    – [Screenshot 1](https://gyazo.com/57b043b4e4298f646158a766292d08eb)

    – [Screenshot 5](https://prnt.sc/a3GbykEYEMbD)
    – [Screenshot 6](https://prnt.sc/l9-uOtp-uIYR)

    3. Dynamic Link Values: You have used a hardcoded link in the container options as shown in this [Screenshot](https://prnt.sc/Ayf0dyCD6X_9). This setup will prevent the link from changing languages dynamically. To address this, I suggest using more dynamic values as illustrated in this [Screenshot](https://prnt.sc/5Z4UcJz9wUD0). Alternatively, you may seek assistance from WPML plugin support, who can offer specific help for translation options they have developed. You can reach them here: [WPML Support](https://wpml.org/forums/topic/problem-dynamic-internal-urls-and-dynamic-category-queries-in-elementor/page/2/).

    4. Footer Translation: Regarding the footer, you are employing default Elementor widgets. For translation guidance, please refer to the Elementor WPML Documentation available at [Elementor WPML Documentation](https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/).

Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help ensure a smooth translation process for your website.

    Dear @Martin,

I hope this message finds you well. We are currently reviewing your Email Builder settings and have noticed that the Developer option is activated [https://prnt.sc/MAU4ICras3wM]. This feature is intended for site editors who are in the process of designing custom email templates while retaining the ability to send original templates to customers.

Should you wish to implement your custom email designs for customer communications, it is necessary to deactivate the Developer option. Following this adjustment, we recommend verifying the configuration of your order emails. Please be aware that with the Developer option enabled, any orders placed will trigger the default WooCommerce emails, as the new designs are considered to be in the developmental stage and are not yet finalized for sending.

For further details on how to utilize the XStore Email Builder effectively, please refer to our documentation: [XStore Built-in WooCommerce Email Builder](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/xstore-built-in-woocommerce-email-builder/).

I hope this message finds you well.

We have reviewed the situation regarding the caching issues you reported and have determined that the problem does not originate from our XStore theme files. Instead, it appears to be associated with the caching mechanisms on your server.

To resolve this issue, we recommend that you contact your hosting provider and request them to examine and clear the server cache. This action should address the problem effectively.

For your convenience, we have provided a detailed explanation of the issue in our forum. You can refer to this link to share with your hosting provider: https://www.8theme.com/topic/booster-sale-dont-work-impossible-toactivate-or-configure-on-backend/#post-395914

    Hello @giakhiemtoys,
    – Pic 1: How to adjust the fixed width? = as you see, the builder of Header is based on Elementor structure, as you see on the screenshot there are no fixed height for Container as it is not usefull but much better to set Minimum height for container in the option -> https://prnt.sc/oMt5ta5Ckj7y
    – Pic 2: We want to adjust the different link internal URL to different element in Mega Menu = We would like you to know that dynamic tags feature is for more advanced customers. You can read more about it -> https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/, https://elementor.com/help/dynamic-tags-pro/. In simple words about Site URL option you chose there are nothing more for you to type because the URL will be set automatically then from Code side.
    – Pic 3:
    a. There are no such element for Elementor but there is existing feature of Fake Sale popup in our Sales Booster features -> https://prnt.sc/8Usriz0Y2-rN. You can read more about Sales booster features here -> https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/sales-booster/.
    b. How to activate these elements: Fake Sales & Fake Live View = such elements are only available for Single product builder editor as they display the Fake sales + viewes for specific product by it’s ID, so there are no logic of displaying Fake sales element in header as it is not related to any product from that area.
    – Pic 4: Adjust the Size Button and adjust multiple button into 1 line = We have duplicated the Socials buttons Container and set No wrap -> https://prnt.sc/GaJrzCyaLnkC + Overflow: auto -> https://prnt.sc/4TvW67P7tAbW. The result on responsive is next -> https://prnt.sc/0JPEMYLkhCea.

    Dear @Amareen,

I hope this message finds you well.

Upon reviewing your case, we have thoroughly checked our code and confirmed that the issue does not originate from our end. It appears that the errors you encountered previously may have been due to both the Elementor PRO and PRO Elements plugins being activated simultaneously. We recommend choosing one of these plugins to activate, as there is no necessity to have both running at the same time.

Should you experience any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. Additionally, if there have been any changes to your FTP or WP-admin access credentials, kindly provide the updated details to facilitate our support.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

    Dear @David,

Thank you for bringing the translation issue to our attention. We have identified the cause, which stems from the hardcoded text “All categories” within our files.

To resolve this, a complete regeneration of all texts across our theme is necessary. However, implementing this change immediately is challenging due to other pending modifications that could be disrupted by uploading a new translation file.

We kindly request your patience until the next theme update, which will include the necessary adjustments for translation. Alternatively, if this issue is urgent, we can prepare a separate archive with a few modifications and regenerate a translation file specifically for your use.

Please let us know how you wish to proceed.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Shiyazoe,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are pleased to inform you that we have reviewed all our Elementor widgets and have successfully integrated the missing translation options. As part of our testing process, we translated the “My Account” section of the Account Elementor widget in the header for the French language on your web-site, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/L-U6L6v-hdwt. The corresponding French version is available at: https://prnt.sc/j4B_oKnaK_wr. All improvements related to translations have been implemented in the xstore/wpml-config.xml file and will be included in the upcoming theme update.

Additionally, we have addressed the issue with the product title translations in the Product Masonry Elementor widget on your website. This fix has also been incorporated and will be available in the next theme update. Details of the modifications can be found in the file et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/custom-products-masonry.php. You can review the changes here: https://prnt.sc/8nCR5CSZqGv7.

We would appreciate your feedback on these solutions at your earliest convenience.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
