    Dear @mitys,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have implemented a temporary solution to address the issue you reported regarding the size charts. It has come to our attention that size charts lacking images automatically display a default placeholder image. To resolve this, we have introduced the following CSS modification for the Sizing Guide element, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/Y-JAQEPz8hAg:

    selector:has(.elementor-button[href*=placeholder\.png]) {
        display: none;
    }

    With this adjustment, any product associated with a placeholder image in the size guide will now have that element concealed.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Pites,

    I hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you of a few updates and observations related to the WPBakery plugin used on your website:

    1. There was an update available for the WPBakery plugin. You can view the notification here: https://prnt.sc/MWTdwFL1UEsW.

    2. We have noticed that occasionally a JavaScript error occurs when saving actions are performed using the WPBakery plugin. For your reference, here is a screenshot of the error: https://prnt.sc/ZtxAdM4CLk_z.

    3. Our team has already updated the plugin and subsequently, no issues were encountered during the save actions. We recommend that you also test this on your end after clearing your browser’s cache to ensure smooth functionality.

    Please be aware that the WPBakery plugin is not a built-in component of our theme and is developed by a separate company. Should you encounter any further issues with this plugin, we advise you to directly contact their support center for specialized assistance at http://support.wpbakery.com/.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your confirmation that the updates have been successfully implemented and are functioning as expected.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have thoroughly reviewed the concerns you raised regarding the inability to place an order on your website. Below are the findings from our investigation:

    Dear @Lyana,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to inform you that our theme includes several modified files from the WooCommerce plugin, which incorporate our specific features and options. To address your particular needs, we have duplicated the original file of product-image.php at the following path: xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php.

    You can view the functioning result here: https://prnt.sc/d5H0ZKDuLnsl. However, please note that the settings for this element are currently not operational, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/FQN1xrWfICH8.

    If you are in contact with the plugin’s author, it may be beneficial to inquire whether there are any available filters or actions that would allow a custom product gallery from theme based on the Swiper library to integrate with their functionality. Additionally, we are interested in learning if there are any specific filters or hooks that we could implement to enable the plugin to recognize the custom selectors of the product gallery.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your feedback and any guidance you can provide.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the code snippet we previously provided has been added to the functions.php file of your child theme. You can view this at the following link: https://prnt.sc/rCPdoHrjhdAC. However, it appears that the parent XStore theme is currently active on your site, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/bwS2YeUaspoC. Consequently, the code from your child theme is not being executed.

    Should you wish to continue using the parent theme and not activate the child theme, you might consider installing a plugin that allows for the creation of code snippets. One such plugin can be found here: https://uk.wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/. You can then add the PHP code we provided in our next response, which is available at this link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/theme-not-working-in-mobile-and-its-very-very-slow/page/2/#post-397084. Alternatively, activating the child theme would automatically enable the snippet.

    Regarding your inquiry about outdated files, we recommend reading the following discussion for more details and solutions: https://www.8theme.com/topic/urgent-your-theme-contains-outdated-copies-of-some-woocommerce-template-files/#post-400412.

    It is vital to admit that we have a search on our forum where you may search for possible solutions previously provided by our support managers of the similar questions you may have, for example about outdated files you posted.

    Should you require further assistance or have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @pexles,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have identified a critical issue on your website that requires immediate attention. Our monitoring systems have detected a fatal error which is causing a significant disruption. For further details, you can view the error log by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs, or directly via this link: https://prnt.sc/HBIFi7qeTiJa.

    Upon investigation, we discovered that the high memory usage is due to the Swatches widget in the sidebar, which is configured to display approximately 400 attributes for Sizes. You can view the widget setup here: https://prnt.sc/MCJ5KObyVQma and the attributes here: https://prnt.sc/csnRaiyvCKZn.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend one of the following actions:
    1. Increase the memory limit of your hosting environment.
    2. Remove the Swatches widget from your sidebar.
    3. Consider submitting a feature request for the implementation of lazy loading for product attributes in the Swatches filter widget. You can submit this request on our task board here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/.
    4. Submit a request for additional customization through our customization panel at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel , and continue conversations with the technicians team directly.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are here to assist you in resolving this issue promptly. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or have any questions.

    Dear @Fardin,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that upon reviewing your shop page, we noticed that it did not display any products. To address this, we initially added default Elementor Archive products widgets. However, this widget did not show the products, indicating that the problem does not stem from our widget.

    Subsequently, we proceeded to resave your permalinks, which is sometimes necessary to ensure proper functionality. You can view here: https://prnt.sc/JELfxs_SXnch. We are pleased to report that this action has successfully resolved the issue, and your shop now displays the products correctly.

    Please take a moment to review your shop page and confirm that everything is in order. Should the issue recur, we kindly ask you to test whether products are displayed correctly with only the default Storefront theme and the WooCommerce plugin active. This will help us determine if the problem is related to other themes or plugins.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation and are here to assist with any further issues you may encounter.

    Dear @Allen,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have observed that the product images on your shop page are currently utilizing a scale-in hover effect. This effect causes the images, which are 328px in size, to scale and subsequently appear blurred.

    It is generally advisable to use images that are slightly larger than the actual display size of the product block. This practice enhances image clarity and viewer engagement. We recommend determining the optimal size for your images and adjusting the settings accordingly. For testing purposes, you might consider setting the image size to 500px.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Carly,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Implementing the desired sticky header functionality may indeed require a bit of creativity. Typically, most of our sticky headers can be configured using the settings available in our Sticky Header section. However, for your specific requirement, you might consider disabling our sticky settings and exploring the Motion Effects functionality, which can be found here: https://prnt.sc/La32PDWWhNXr. Please note, this approach may not fully achieve the results you are looking for.

    Should this be the case, here are a few alternative solutions to bring your idea to life:

    1. Incorporate some custom CSS to achieve the desired effect.
    2. Restructure your header content to include two containers within a single sticky container.
    3. Utilize a separate plugin designed for creating sticky headers with Elementor, such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/sticky-header-effects-for-elementor/.
    4. Submit a request for additional customization through our customization panel, available here: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or have any other inquiries.

    Dear @Mark and @Aulakh, Sam,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that there is no cause for concern regarding the WooCommerce files. Currently, only one file is outdated, and the changes made by WooCommerce are not critical. You can view the specific file difference here: https://prnt.sc/7uslRCmH4tN8.

    For future reference, you can check the status of outdated files by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status in your dashboard and scrolling down. Here is a direct link for your convenience: https://prnt.sc/rhskRmO13m-x. Also, if you see the same outdated files after update it may need to clear the cache of WooCommerce status by going XStore Control Panel -> System Status -> https://prnt.sc/XKtPeOkzo5rI.

    We are also pleased to announce that we are planning to release a theme update shortly, which will address and resolve the issue with the outdated file. We expect to make this update available within the next day or two at the most.

    Thank you for choosing us as your service provider. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to support your needs.

    Dear @shopsangam,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Following our recent discussions, it appears that we are faced with a situation where the system functions correctly without the Shiprocket plugin and our code snippet activated. Conversely, activating both plugin and code snippet created issues. As you may understand, achieving compatibility with the thousands of plugins available globally is a formidable challenge, though not for a lack of trying.

    Despite our best efforts to resolve these compatibility issues, we have unfortunately not been successful. Given this context, we recommend that you consider submitting a request for additional customization. You can do so by visiting the following link: [8theme Customization Panel](https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel). Please note that adding compatibility with third-party plugins falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    Thank you for your understanding and adherence to our support guidelines. Should you have any further questions or require assistance with different issues, please feel free to submit separate topics for each inquiry.

    Dear @Asmit Kumar Sah,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I would like to inform you that the cart, mobile menu, wishlist, and other similar canvases on your website are loaded during the initial page load and are static, meaning that their content does not change dynamically while you are viewing the page.

    Conversely, the quick-view functionality is dynamic. The content displayed in this canvas is generated based on the current product data, such as title, price, description, swatches, etc. This content varies for each product, which is why the display speed of this canvas is primarily dependent on the server response time. If the server response is swift, the product data for the quick view will be generated more quickly. If the server response is slow, there will be a delay as it waits for the server to provide the necessary data.

    We appreciate your understanding of the support time required for these processes. Based on this detailed information, we recommend contacting your hosting provider to discuss potential improvements in server response times, which should enhance the performance of the quick view functionality.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Ori,

    We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed your website concerning the issues you reported regarding the incorrect positioning of button icons and structural errors. However, we were unable to identify the problems as described. For your reference, we have attached screenshots in the private area of our correspondence.

    We suggest attempting to access your website from a different device to verify if the issue persists. This approach may help in isolating the problem.

    Additionally, if you wish to restyle the button on a single product page, you may consider adding custom CSS. You can do this through the appropriate option available in the XStore AMP settings. For your convenience, here is a direct link to our guide on customizing CSS: [Custom CSS Section](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/custom-css-section/).

    Here is an example of how you might adjust the CSS:

            z-index: auto;
        }

    Dear @Lyana,

    Upon reviewing the HTML code, we have identified that the direction of the short description for the product (viewable at https://prnt.sc/sbcd9iWZ5KdP) has been hardcoded. This modification appears to have been implemented in the backend details of the product, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/pGtraob2SEVB.

    We wish to inform you that we have temporarily disabled a specific feature on your website, which can be reviewed at the following link: https://prnt.sc/53kYhonf-OhS. This action was necessary because pages not based on Elementor are not loading the CSS for correct layout globally.

    As an workaround you may build your footer with Elementor so the Elementor styles will be loaded globally everywhere, once you finish the re-building of Footer you can switch the ‘Ajax dropdown’ option back for testing.

    Dear @jhawker81,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have recently reviewed the snippet added by your plugin approximately five hours ago, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/bcjtek_MMDIN. Upon examining the code, we noticed that it nearly resolves an issue but does not account for the widget class of XStore theme used to display prices on the Single product.

    However, we believe there is an opportunity to enhance its functionality. We suggest making the following modifications to extend its compatibility, as detailed here: https://prnt.sc/Bipi9J51XLMh. The widget name required can be easily identified using the browser’s development tools, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/suxMc3DnaBa5.

    We also observed that the snippet is tailored specifically for one theme and does not include support for another Themeforest premium theme, XStore. To foster broader compatibility, we recommend providing feedback to the plugin developers and suggesting an update to their documentation to include support for the Single product builder (Elementor based) by XStore theme.

    To assist you further, we have refined the code of the snippet, and it now appears that the price display is functioning correctly, which you can verify here: https://prnt.sc/xdtmR_zMgEpQ.

    We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your feedback.

    Dear @Petar,

    I hope this message finds you well. We currently utilize the default Elementor alert, which is styled differently in the editor compared to the frontend due to the CSS configurations set by Elementor. To address this, you may consider implementing a custom CSS solution.

    Please navigate to Theme Options, then select Theme Custom CSS, and finally, Global CSS. You can insert the following code to achieve the desired styling:

    .elementor-widget-container .elementor-panel-alert {
        border-inline-start: 2px solid currentColor;
        padding: 15px;
        padding-inline-start: 20px;
    }

    Should you require further assistance or have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Lyana,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to update you on the recent adjustments made to your website as per your requests:

    1. The alignment of your section heading was previously set manually in the settings. We have now reset this so that it aligns with the global styles from the theme, which are correctly configured for both LTR and RTL versions. You can view the previous setting here: https://prnt.sc/AavMHSXxqvD1.

    2. Regarding your request to reverse the ‘return to previous’ element of the Breadcrumbs, this feature typically follows a global style applicable across all our demos, which you can view here: https://xstore.8theme.com/. However, we have accommodated your unique request by adding a few lines of CSS in your Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS.

    3. The requested changes have been successfully implemented.

    4. Please clear your browser cache to see the updates on your site.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @jhawker81,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have conducted a thorough test comparing the default Storefront theme with the XStore theme, which is currently active on your site. Our focus was to assess the functionality related to price adjustments when switching product variations. Based on our observations, the behavior of the price modification remains consistent across both themes.

    For your reference, we have included a video in the private content section that details our findings.

    Should you encounter any discrepancies that differ from the performance observed with the default Storefront theme, please inform us. We are prepared to investigate further and, if necessary, enhance compatibility. However, at this moment, there appears to be no requirement for adjustments.

    Additionally, if there are specific functionalities you expected to operate differently, we recommend reaching out to your plugin’s support team with suggestions for global improvements in their code.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your feedback and are here to assist with any further inquiries you might have.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
