    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Hello,

    FTP credentials for the site noteworthygirl.com are still incorrect.

    I’ve reuploaded the file vc.php in wp-content/themes/legenda/framework directory for the site zoeyandlogan.com. You can reupload this file from the site zoeyandlogan.com to noteworthygirl.com in the wp-content/themes/legenda/framework directory.

    After that check Single Image element.

    The slider was enabled in Theme Options > Blog Layout > Create a slider from post photos. I’ve disabled it and now slider isn’t shown.
    Please clear browser cache and check.

    Please try to disable Ajax “Add to Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check Cart after that (clear browser cache before).

    Contact form uses captcha where images are loaded and GD library is required. So ask your hosting provider to install it.

    Please specify what license you mean and what issues you have with it.

    1. There was syntax error in the code. I fixed it and now bold font is shown.

    2. I’ve added Separator element in Prefooter static block and this code in Global Custom CSS block:

    .footer-top hr.horizontal-break {
    margin-left: 0 !important;
}

    Line break is added only when you preview static block.

    I’ve added this code in Global Custom CSS to make bold font for the elements you marked with <strong> tag:

    .aio-icon-description strong {
  font-weignt: bold !important;
}

    Concerning CSS block in Visual Composer editor, try to use that code in Global Custom CSS section.

    We checked your site and didn’t find any reasons from our side why Theme Options isn’t loading.
    We recommend you to check log files on a server if there are any errors or notices. Very likely it is Firewall issue. Your hosting provider support should help you to check log files and solve this problem.
