Cannot import theme version demo data - by Gabriel

Hey Guys

I am having a problem importing the themeve versions demo data.

I am trying to import the royal minimal theme version.

Why is this happening and how do i solved it?

Hope you can help me with that.

Find attached my ftp credentials.

Tks for the support, the theme was installed!

Unfortunatelly the revolution slider does not load, how do i solve it?

Please navigate to Dasboard->Revolution Slider->Slider Settings then click on “Slideshow-auto” and resave settings slider. See screenshot: http://prntscr.com/8f3t61

Hi,

I have just purchased the theme and having the same problem.

The base demo content installed fine, however when I go to install the Interior Store theme nothing happens after it is selected. Could you please let me know how I can get this installed?

Just incase you need it I have attached FTP settings with this.
