Product Image Hover - by lyndav001 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi

I have set the theme to bring up the product description on image hover. It works well on desktop but on mobile it only works on the product slider layout and on the ‘Related Items’ slider, but it won’t work on the normal grid view.

Please assist.

I have tried to adjust the z-index of the mask text but it hasn’t worked.

Are you using a physical phone or a web application that demonstrates a phone layout?

If you use a physical phone or iPad you will see what I am referring to.

I have tried it as a logged in user and now as a not logged in user.

The issue only exists if you aren’t logged in.

Please access the site now, I have enabled it for normal user access. Please make sure you are logged out when you test it.

Please try to use this code in custom.css file:
.product-loop .product .product-image-wrapper .product-mask, .slide-item .product .product-image-wrapper .product-mask{ cursor:pointer; }
After that check your products.

That didn’t solve the issue.

The product description still only appears on slider images and not grid images (product pages).

Please make sure there is a ‘www’ before the server url and that there are no spaces in the username and password.

Those credentials are correct as I use them every time to access the server via FTP.
