Single Image Item in Visual Composer not saving image

Good Morning,

I am trying to add a single image item using visual composer. It allows me to add the image and set the sizing in the visual composer box that pops up however when i click save it does nothing. It has the loading icon and then does nothing. When i add a text block or icon or custom heading with visual composer it works perfectly fine. It seems the issue is with adding the single image item only.

Please could you indicate how i could go about fixing the issue as it has appeared on both of my sites.

You provided us with empty FTP account for Site 2: Zoey & Logan. Please give us access to the site files.
FTP credentials for the first site are incorrect.
Please check them.

Hello,

FTP credentials for the site noteworthygirl.com are still incorrect.

I’ve reuploaded the file vc.php in wp-content/themes/legenda/framework directory for the site zoeyandlogan.com. You can reupload this file from the site zoeyandlogan.com to noteworthygirl.com in the wp-content/themes/legenda/framework directory.

After that check Single Image element.

Hi there,

Thank you. We tried uploading the file however we seem to get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function et_translateColumnsCountToSpanClass() in /home/noteworthygirl/public_html/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/theme-functions.php on line 1998

The developer said he has fixed the login for Noteworthy Girl. Would you be able to have a look and see if you can access it now?

It appears you are using the WordPress login instead of ftp login?

Thank you so much. The VC element works perfectly now. I am still getting the following error on the site page:

Hello,

The reason was you used Post Grid element from old version of Visual Composer. I’ve readded it using the updated Post Grid element.
Please check your site now.
