To fix variations issues add this code in functions.php file:
function custom_wc_ajax_variation_threshold( $qty, $product ) {
return 1000;
}
add_filter( 'woocommerce_ajax_variation_threshold', 'custom_wc_ajax_variation_threshold', 1000, 2 );

Yes I was able to connect to your server. The problem with “Add to cart” buttons is caused by some of the plugins located in the /wp-content/mu-plugins directory. If you rename mu-plugins folder you will see correct button styling.
