Your theme (Blanco) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Jack,
There is nothing in that video that tells me how to back up the theme and, after downloading the theme again from Themeforest, it will not unzip because the path is too long. My customer’s website is currently down and I need to fix this right away please.

Is backing up the website as simple as copying the files to my hard drive?

I’ve done the backup and updated the theme per the video and the site looks almost exactly the same and is still not functional.

    Hello,

Seems you provided FTP credentials for wrong site.
Changes I made for greatdisplaycompany site aren’t visible there.
So please check if FTP credentials are for the correct domain.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I didn’t realize that. I’m sorry. It must have changed when we moved the site. The new credentials are in the private section.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I’ve checked new FTP credentials and unfortunately they aren’t related to your site too.
As you can see in WP Dashboard > Woocommerce > System status the path to your site files is
/home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data03/25/2427225/html/ but in FTP you provided it’s /home/c5942523022786/html

Please contact your hosting provider support to specify the correct FTP details to your site.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Is there anything I should do about this?

And the default graphics in the store on the right hand side are being used instead of this stores graphics. Funny but I don’t think the client will agree.

    Hello,

The issue with favicon is fixed. As for the logo I see that it’s displaying correctly http://prntscr.com/9vwbow. Please clear browser cache and check the site.

On the homepage the second row of products are not displayed properly.

As I see you are using shortcode [etheme_bestsellers] on home page but as you can read in our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/#!/blanco_shortcodes it works only for WP e-Commerce plugin not for WooCommerce. For WooCommerce plugin you may use WooCommerce shortcodes. To make them work in our theme, you need to insert prefix “etheme_” before shortcode words. For example: [etheme_best_selling_products per_page=”12″] will display best selling products.

And the default graphics in the store on the right hand side are being used instead of this stores graphics. Funny but I don’t think the client will agree.

Unfortunately this request isn’t clear. Please show us a screenshot for better understanding.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
