Hi, I updated my website plugins and updated visual composer to the latest version 4.9 and things started displaying wrong on my site. So I re-installed an old version I had but now the visual composer elements arn’t working or displaying properly. Please help ASAP as this site is live.

The top of this page isn’t displaying properly. http://shop.shepherdess.co.uk/shop/

    Hello,

I’ve edited code in Shop page. Please check it now.
Also as I see the image you uploaded in row settings doesn’t exist anymore, so readd it.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

This site still isn’t working, the visual composer doesn’t work. I have tried adding a new row and when you click on edit row settings nothing happens. If I update to the latest version that site breaks. Please advise ASAP

    Hello,

    Sorry for a long delay.
We checked Visual Composer settings and didn’t find any problems.
Also we checked it with Twenty Fifteen theme and the same issue persists there too.
So the problem is related to the plugin not to the theme.
Try to remove the plugin completely and reinstall it from scratch.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
