    Hi,

A week or so ago I had to reload my template. Now all the content that was originally created is not showing on the front end but still visible on the back end. I can edit and save but it’s not working when I try to preview, etc. the shop section was actually working (though the footer is not) but now there is a Woocommerce update which I’m not going to mess with until my other issues are resolved. How can I get myself up and running again!

    Hello,

    You’re using old plugins versions.
Please update WPBakery Visual Composer, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, Revolution Slider plugins. You can download them here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Thank you. I had thought that it would update when the template updated. I now know to keep an eye out for the available plug-in downloads. WooCommerce is now saying they have a major update with v2.5.0 Is this template compatible with with version or should I wait to install this update as well?

    Hello,

We recommend to keep old woocommerce version until we release a new theme version.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
