Try to increase memory_limit value on a server (ask your hosting provider support to do this) and check editor after that.

Hello,

The problem may be related to your server configuration because the same issue persists with default WordPress theme too, not only with ours.
Ask your hosting provider support to check error logs and refer to WordPress forums.

I’ve added custom class for columns – “column-article” and added this code in CSS block of VC editor in the page:

.column-article { padding-right: 5px; }

Alt text for logo is loading from tag line in Settings > General. Hello,

That error appears only when trying to install demo data.
Seems there is lack of some resources on your server.
Ask your hosting provider support to increase values for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize functions.

1. You can add your content in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Copyright and Footer Links. Add Text widgets to these areas with your content.

2. Please show on a screenshot what background image you mean and provide WP admin credentials.

3. Unfortunately logo can’t be changed for other pages.

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme Twenty Fifteen. Activate it and check yourself.

What error are you getting when trying to create a new topic?
Are you unable to edit a page using frontend VC editor or backend editor. Try to check in Chrome browser also.

Hello,

I’ve activated Twenty Sixteen theme and tried to add a new menu item and there was the same issue, changes can’t be saved. So the problem persists not only with our theme but with default WordPress theme too.

You’re using outdated element “Accordion” on FAQ page http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/0512/h_1463043549_7409402_54d2d70375.jpeg . Remove it and add a new one from the updated plugin.

May we reupload theme files?
Have you made any changes to them?
Also update Revolution Slider plugin.

The problem was you didn’t set default My Account page in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts. I’ve created the page and set it in the settings.
Please clear browser cache and check Sign In link now.

.menu > li > a { color: #000 !important; } .menu > li.current-menu-item > a, .menu > li.current_page_ancestor > a { color: #cda85c !important; }

Change color values to yours.
