I created a new product category that I called “stainless” and I can not see that where the rest of the categories are displayed: http://doncarteltienda.es/tienda/
However if you see on the left side menu and also on the top “STORE” menu and click on these options, the link works properly and displays the corresponding sub-categories.
Why it does not look like the other categories? I hope you can help me. Thank you very much

Hello,
Unfortunately we can’t connect getting the error:
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server
Are there any specific settings or port number?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
the hosting provider had a filter to prevent ftp connections outside Spain. It is now disabled the filter and from now on you should be able to connect via ftp no problem with the data previously provided. I beg check. Thank you
Hello,
There is error in error_log file:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/doncarte/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2349
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase memory_limit value.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
They have doubled values in your php.ini memory_limit and suhosin.memory_limit.
Previous values
memory_limit = 512M
suhosin.memory_limit = 512M
Current values
memory_limit = 1024M
suhosin.memory_limit = 1024M
We look forward that we can help with the problem of viewing categories. Thank you
