    Good day Royal theme support,

I have just upgraded the theme and all plugins. This has now affected some areas of the site.

I tried switching from the child them to the parent theme and the testimonial widget on the home (link below) works – but the footer then does not display.

    Testimonials Widget:
    http://www.imprintplastic.com.au/d2e0v1s16/
Testimonials widget towards the bottom of the page doesn’t not appear/function

    Essential Grid Layout:
    http://www.imprintplastic.com.au/d2e0v1s16/about-imprint-plastic/portfolio/
Grid layout is not correct and the filter buttons at the top of the grid do not function

    FAQs:
    http://www.imprintplastic.com.au/d2e0v1s16/help-and-faqs/
    The FAQs don’t expand

    Global Footer on all pages:
Google Map does not render/display in the area designated for it under “LOCATION & OPENING HOURS”

    Please assist.

    Kind regards,
    Andrew

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

You’re using outdated element “Accordion” on FAQ page http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/0512/h_1463043549_7409402_54d2d70375.jpeg . Remove it and add a new one from the updated plugin.

    May we reupload theme files?
Have you made any changes to them?
    Also update Revolution Slider plugin.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks Eva,

Yes, you can re-upload theme files.
No changes directly on the parent theme.

    Thank you,
    Andrew

    Hello,

I’ve reuploaded theme files. Clear browser cache and check the site now.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
