I am having issues with the Live Chat. I have being trying to configure it but to no avail.
I was asked to purchase the liscence from envato which i felt i had paid as a pack already. Please kindly assist

Hello,

You added odd slash in “App URL” field in the chat settings. I’ve removed it.
Now chat is working.
Clear browser cache and check now.
