    2- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    Note: In the above code the word “12” is the size you can change it with the size you want.

    I can see you have the very minimum value for “Max execution time:” & “Max input vars:” so try to increase the values to the maximum level and then try again.

    OR try to follow the instructions written in the Elementor page builder doc here: https://elementor.com/help/publish-update-button-not-work/

    OR When your WordPress script admin-ajax.php goes time out and didn’t load, it may affect the Elementor update or publish button. You can check this by using your browser Inspect Tools features. Right-click anywhere on your website and click on the inspect option. Now move on to the console tab, if you found any error message like “Failed to load resources” then script timeout is the issue.

    You can solve the issue by adding this line of code to your website .htaccess file.

    <IfModule mod_dtimeout.c> <Files ~ ".php"> SetEnvIf Request_URI "admin-ajax.php" DynamicTimeout=150 </Files> </IfModule>

    Are you using any cache plugins on your site? If yes then please try to deactivate it or try to disable the options under Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization wizard, they both might conflict with one another.

    OR

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @sk,

    No, it will not get automatically updated, but you have to update it by going to Appearance >> Themes and clicking on the Automatic update button.

    Note: Before updating the theme, try to take the complete backup of your site to avoid any inconvenience.

    And after updating the theme you have to update the theme core plugin as well.

    Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    The issue is actually not because of our theme but because of the server end and DB, please check this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32764981/php-warning-module-already-loaded-in-unknown-on-line-0

    So you have to contact your hosting provider on this issue and ask them to solve it for you on your site as this is a server-end issue.

    Could you please check it once with the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it will make clear that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to contact WordPress support on it.
