Problems on Product widget product selection

For the product/ product carousel widget, I can find option for showing selected product or selected product category, but is there a way for me to filter out some product I would not like to show in a product?

I have checked both elements “Products/Product Carousel” and in the settings of these elements, you can show specific products and categories as you want. I made a video for you for a better reference please check here: https://streamable.com/rsoh7b
