I have noticed that a part of my website that depends on the xstore theme does not load properly for logged-out users. I believe it’s a caching issue because the issue started right after I clicked minify css under theme settings.
Please i need urgent help, my site is practically live now.

    Hello, @Azager,

Are you using any cache plugins on your site? If yes then please try to deactivate it or try to disable the options under Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization wizard, they both might conflict with one another.

    OR

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

I disabled litespeed cache and everything loads completely, but my website speed practically slowed down tremendously.

Before i messed with the custom optimization setting in xstore, everything was fine. But i fear that in my quest to get better speed rating, i ruined stuff.

    Hello, @Azager,

Yeah, that might be the reason, when you used the cache plugin and use the Theme Optimization functionality as well on the same site at the same time, the options of the plugin might conflict with the theme options. So it’s better to use one at a time.

If you want to use the plugin then please do not use Theme Optimization Wizard options and vice versa.

I have checked your site speed score it is low. Check the image I have underlined the cause of the speed: https://postimg.cc/vcwBqnbb You need to optimize the cache and JS code so that the server response time will auto-optimize and word fast. By doing this your site speed score will be enough.

You can use the WP Rocket plugin for this check this article for more information:https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/128-how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore

OR you can use this Speed Optimization Wizard as well: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/100-how-to-speed-up-my-website
