Problem with 404 page getting a redirection

Hi,

I have a problem with my 404 page.
When I started using the XStore theme, the 404 page was working fine; now it has a strange behavior where my website instantly redirect the 404 page to my base URL. It’s strange and it makes it harder for someone to understand there was something wrong with the link.
Do you know why this is happening?

Hello, @CJCORP,

Could you please check it once with the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it will make clear that the issue is not because of our theme and in that case you have to contact WordPress support on it.
