    Hello, @CamG,

    Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make sure that the issue is from our theme or not?

    If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then it will make sure that our theme does not have any influence on it, and in that case, you have to contact the plugin Author to fix this issue with the default Theme first and then it will automatically work fine with our theme as well.

    And if the issue will not persist with the default WordPress theme, then please take the complete backup of your site and share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here in the private content area of this topic, like the below-listed format, so that I will further debug it for you.

    Note: I need your permission as well to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site customization as well.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Kazi Sabit,

    In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    @media(max-width:768px){
    #header>[class*=header-wrapper] .sticky-on>.header-main{z-index:99 !important;}
    .et_b_header-mobile-menu>.et-mini-content{z-index:9999 !important;}}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Note: if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @Saira,

    Thanks, I have checked your issue and found that there is a custom CSS code added on your site that increases the height of the category images check the image: https://postimg.cc/p98CN7wC if I uncheck the code of “Height” the category images appear just as you want. As you can also, see here: https://postimg.cc/YL7yykjQ

    So please try to find that code and remove the height code from it, that code might be under Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS, then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @mohamed aly,

    Sorry to say, that there is no such option in the WPBakery page builder plugin. I have checked and confirmed it. You can use any third-party plugin for this that suits your requirement at your own risk. I hope you can understand.

    Hello, @mart,

    If you simply want to remove it then add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global:

    .ajax-search-form .ajax-search-categories, .ajax-search-form .ajax-extra-content {
        display: none;
    }
    @media only screen and (min-width: 993px){
        .search-full-width .et-mini-content {
            height: 300px;
        }
    }

    OR

    Go to this page: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ and search for “Popular categories” and check the answer – https://prnt.sc/1ubo6yx

    Hello, @Coroveisc,

    1- Actually, you have a cache issue because after the update the filter now appears on the shop page before it was not. Check the video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/zizsc9 and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2- No, There is no option in the widget settings to add any class. The thing is when you choose any filter from the site it will appear on the active filter section like this: https://postimg.cc/2VbbMWgG if you remove the active filter widget from the shop sidebar then it will show the checked filter as you said check the image: https://postimg.cc/34t1SGz7

    Hello, @mohamed aly,

    Actually, if you want to set the button on the site pages (Frontend), you can easily add a button by editing the pages you want with the page builder plugin you are using. As we normally added content on the pages. To know how you can make this kind of button using a page builder plugin kindly watch this video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/hbb5s4

    Hello, @Priya Ransore,

    When you use the Elementor editor then Elementor plugin displays inline styles. Once you save the post and check the frontend Elementor uses the CSS file https://prnt.sc/125hx1n which includes all your styles. That’s why if you don’t clear browser cache + WPRoket cache + CDN cache you’ll see the out-of-date cached version of the CSS file that does not include your changes. That’s why you need to clear all these caches after your changes. And it’s not related to the theme but to how the Elementor plugin works.

    You can change the CSS Print Method of the Elementor settings https://prnt.sc/125hzrh and don’t save styles to file but use inline styles but it will slow down the site. So, choose what is better for you.

    OR

    Keep Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources option (Theme Options > Speed optimization) enabled if you use the cache plugin https://prnt.sc/YTB_ic8rIAXV

    Check the editing process now, please.

    The header appears like this on your site now: https://postimg.cc/MvjcZfzH and as you can see the search also appears as a popup when hovering over it. Is this the right header layout?

    After following the above suggestion, If still you will need help then please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format

    Hello, @deneme,

    Actually, it is our custom build layout for our site, it is not a demo of our theme. so it is not for import/download, You cannot import it from the demos you have to build it with theme elements on your own. There is nothing in the theme like this. I hope you understand.

    You will find the plugins here as well: https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

    And also you can download the plugins under XStore >> Dashboard >> Plugin Installer: https://postimg.cc/75nSDJN7

    Hello, @GazTheGoat,

    Yes, you can add your custom Icon/image to the menu items as well, you have to upload it from Menu item settings: https://postimg.cc/4nYywH7P and then go to item element setting and choose the option: “Use image like” as “image” and it will work for you: https://postimg.cc/vxnQy95d

    Regarding the latest version of font-awesom icons so we are currently working on the updates very soon this will be included and supported in the theme. Thanks for your corporation.

    Have a nice day! 🙂

    Hello, @Patronela,

    As I explained above, it does not look likes you used the Elementor Page builder to create the Coming Soon page.

    As you said:

    l tried to edit with elementor but it’s just looking messed up

    It means the elements you used to create that page are WP Bakery elements and you are trying to edit those with Elementor.

    So as I explained in my previous reply, you have to deactivate the one-page builder and use the other one, and for the pages which will be messed up after deactivating the one-page builder, you have to create those pages again from scratch with another page builder.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Patronela,

    Let me try to explain it to you, Actually, you have created the Custom page and named it as “Coming Soon“, you have created that page using WP Bakery page builder elements and edited it with the Elementor page builder, so it caused unexpected issues. Like it is now on your site.

    That is the reason we always recommended to use the single page builder on a single site to avoid unexpected issues.

    Well now, If you edit that page with Elementor page builder you will see the code only and that is the WP Bakery elements code so that page is messed up now. If you want to use the Elementor Page builder then you have to deactivate the WP Bakery page builder and vice versa.

    I have added the counter on that page with the Elementor Page builder element and it is working fine now: https://postimg.cc/7JDFdByj
    https://postimg.cc/F7FRJpJP

    Now I suggest, If you have created your site with the WP Bakery page builder then deactivate the Elementor page builder and delete that coming soon page and create it again with the WP Bakery page builder. Otherwise, both page builders will conflict and cause these types of issues.

    l also want to be able to view my site lm working on when lm logged in but now when l say view site it’s showing me the coming soon page

    And unfortunately, this is not possible, as you have created the Custom page and set that page as the home page for your site, so there is no such functionality.

    Other than that you can use our theme built-in functionality named as the “Maintenance Mode” under Dashboard: https://postimg.cc/JyHtzhBM

    Maintenance mode allows you to display a user-friendly notice to your visitors instead of a broken site during website maintenance. Build a cool maintenance page that will be shown to your site visitors. Only registered users with enough rights can see the front end. Switch it off if you want to launch the site back.
    You may create the maintenance page from scratch at Dashboard – Pages – Add new. Choose “Maintenance” in the “Template” list of “Page attributes”. Or you can import the page from our demo in XStore Control Panel -> Import demos -> Coming Soon demos.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Rikinte,

    If we set the layout of the blog page as a left sidebar then that sidebar will also appear on the home page as well, so if you only want to show that sidebar on the blog page and not on the home page then you have to turn ON the option, “Show Sidebar On Blog Page Only” it will work for you: https://postimg.cc/3yCKf0sS

    You can change the color from XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Desktop CSS: https://postimg.cc/0bqVP6Fd
