Logo not showing on laptop and android phones.

Hi, I reinstalled a fresh wordpress and woocommerce with SSL and https enforce on siteground server. Then I import demo contents to my page.

After that I change logo with same size .jpg file.
It shows empty on my page while I was using windows, apple laptop and android phones.

But the logo display is fine on my Iphone and ipad.

Do you know how shall I resolve this issue?

Thank you for all the information. This issue is comes from old SSL remaining and HTTPS not enforced. It is all good now.
