    Sorry for the inconvenience but I have tested the same thing on our test site and found no issue it is working just perfectly. You can see it here: https://streamable.com/7qiaei Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    The lazy load option is in the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimize there you will see the lazy load option and other JS option you can turn them off to solve your issue.     Sorry to say, that the calender HTML code it not there I don’t know how did you add this to the page there is no possible way with the CSS so that I can set it to appear above on the fields you cannot select the dates from it because it is not clickable there is no HTML code for the calender as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/H8zkNRPY also, there is no such option in the theme to fix it. If you added it via customization you have to check back to the code you added and fix it and if you are using a third-party plugin for it the plugin is not fully compatible with the theme making it compatible with the theme requires extra customization. I hope you understand.

    1- Actually, you are using the third-party plugin for this purpose on your site, and that third-party plugin is not compatible with our theme and nor included in the third-party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end on the item’s main page, Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    1- The latest version of the WP Bakery is 6.9.0 as you can check here: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/preface/release-notes/, when the update will be released you can update it from the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Plugin Installer.

    2- I have installed the latest version of the “Quform” plugin from the XSOTE >> Plugin Installer as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/Ty80cV20 you can also install/update it from there but make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme.

    3- The latest version of the “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” plugin is also available in the plugin installer option of the theme check the image:https://postimg.cc/9r7qYv43 simply update/install it as per your need.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option to simply turn it OFF using Theme Settings.

    So you have to edit every single product category and remove the “Description after content” from there as per your requirements.

    OR

    You can use the Custom CSS listed below, under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS, to remove it from your site.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible, as both are attributes and if you apply the changes from theme settings then it will apply to both of the attributes.

    Now if we remove it using the Custom CSS then it will also not work because both attributes have the same classes.

    And the option that I showed you above “Enable Archive Option” for the particular attribute is working fine for me on my test site but that option is not working on your site, because you are using a lot of third-party plugins and you also customized the child theme as well, so there must be any confliction there, If you want to check then you have to deactivate all the third party plugins on your site and activate the parent theme and then check back.

    1. I had disable the option Products style “Show Excerpt In Content Product” and even clear the cache but problem is same there. Every product is showing short description which giving bad alignment effect. Kindly Fix it

    Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache and you can change the value from “150” to any number as per your requirements.

    2. kindly let me know how to remove or change image of shop breadcrumb.

    This seems you have changed your template name, Don’t change the template name https://prnt.sc/26d9n9q Parent theme name should be mentioned there.

    Did not face any problems with the Elementor plugin installation once set the correct template name.

    And then after Installing the plugins you will have to import the demo and I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.

    Hover buttons on mobile

    on Shop Archive page from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Style: https://postimg.cc/KKvMYXKL as per your requirements.

    And you will find the other settings as well under the same option, so you can try what you are looking for with these options, Otherwise, you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements at your own risk.

    1. This seems to be the cache issue only If you are able to see the changes in Customizer and not on the front end of the site. Please remove the server cache and site cache as well, finally check back the site after clearing the browser cache, I am sure you will not face this issue.

    Yes, you can create different layouts for the different products.

    Actually, If you have multiple attributes set on a product and all the attributes are showing on the archive page but you want to show the specific one you want. So for this, You have to edit the attributes you don’t want to show on the archive page from the Dashboard >> Products >> Attributes like this: https://postimg.cc/K4tM6FxD and then uncheck the option you see here: https://postimg.cc/PNKD4HH3 by doing this attribute will not appear on the archive page but will appear on the single product page.

    No, this is not how the tabs work. Let me try to explain it to you.

    Usually, tabs are used to show specific content just like the FAQs, we add for the users to check the specific content, the user wants by switching the tabs as per the user want.

    Tabs have no such feature/functionality like this that adds a step process form in it and by just filling the form and clicking on next the other tab will auto open.

    No, It’s not possible in the tabs widgets. It requires extra customization also, there are other third-party plugins available for this kind of feature for forms you can try to find the one which suits your requirements and use it at your own risk.
