Show Variations as Simple Products show draft and under review Products

When i active the function “Show Variations as Simple Products”, then the Shop showing also Products with Status “draft” or “under Review” and not only the published Products.

This issue affects simple and variant Products. Just when I turn off the Funtion, then i see again only the published Products.

Sorry for the inconvenience but I have tested the same thing on our test site and found no issue it is working just perfectly. You can see it here: https://streamable.com/7qiaei Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

I turn off all other Plugins, and still same problem. Just when i deactive the Function “Show Variations as Simple Products” its hide all not published Products.

The shop was completely new created and only the synchronization of the products from the ERP was connected. The ERP System create all Products and set them to Status “under Review”.

It seems to be the issue because of that ERP system-created products. For making it sure, I tried to create a test product on your site and set the status as “Draft” & “Pending Review” and it was not showing on the Shop when the option is also turned ON but as soon as I set the status of the test product as “Published“, it stated to showing fine on the Shop page.

So it makes clear that the issue is not because of our theme, you have to check those products again with the ERP system OR you have to create those products again manually.

Hello Tony,
Thanks for your answer.
I checked again. The error only comes when you create a variable product. I also created a product manually and saved it as a variable product and created at least one variant. As soon as this happens, the variant appears in the list, although the product still has the status “draft” or “pending review”.

If the product is a single product, then its working well and showing only when its published. Sorry, was my misstake that i was mean its affects simple and variant products, correct is that its affects only variant products.
