    Alright, I can see on your site, and for now, on the product detail page, there is no content like you said that you need to show. Did you install and activate the plugin “Germanized plugin” on your site and it’s not working? Or are you just asking us if you want to use this plugin?

    Let me tell you, We didn’t officially test this plugin with our theme. If you haven’t installed it yet go ahead and try to install and use it. I hope it will work fine but if you face any issues then submit a customization request to WPKraken team. because the third-party plugin compatibility with the theme requires extra Customziation and Customization issues are not included in our support policy and it is beyond our limitations.

    2- It is quite possible that your site speed score doesn’t work well in other countries as you shared the screenshot I can see them.     I can see you are using the cache plugins as well on your site and also your server has the cache too, so please first flush your server cache completely and then turn it OFF for a while till you are in the development process and then remove your site cache and deactivate the cache plugins from your site and finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    I have logged into your site and finds when logged in the header shows like the Desktop version on mobile as well and when logged out, the header shows like the mobile version on Desktop as well. So it’s vice versa and it seems to be the conflict with any third-party plugin or the cache issue or might be because of the Child Theme.

    So please first of all take the complete backup of your site and then check with activating the Parent Theme, if the header will appear fine with logged in and out version then let me know the result and if not then, please try to disable all the third party plugins on your site and check back and let me know the result if that works, Otherwise, please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will further investigate it for you.

    Now, In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    1- Regarding the article we shared with you, if the code is not working on your site then there are no other options in our theme to make, It Requires extra customization. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    1- Navigate to the Dashboard >> Static Blocks >> Add New and then create a block and add a product in it, if you want like I did, check the images for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/QKXNwwGb and https://postimg.cc/DJ0B6ymd and https://postimg.cc/r07C91BM once you have saved the block.

    Now, You created a block with a product you want. It’s time to set this on the shop page let’s navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout and add the block shortcode there check images: https://postimg.cc/JyNGFbHR and https://postimg.cc/p9R2p3yt now we set the product on the shop page. Now, we need to show the categories on the shop page. Let’s come to the second point.

    2- Simply navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Product catalog then check the image: https://postimg.cc/QKFwNSbG and choose the show categories then check back to your site shop page after clearing the browser cache.

Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    That is the main reason, you set that layout using the Custom CSS on the desktop, and that Custom CSS also affects the site layout on tablet versions as well.

    And I am sorry but the way you are checking the site is not the standard way, the standard way is to check the site on real devices or on live online simulators, like: http://www.responsinator.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fserver166003.nazwa.pl%2F on this test you can see that your site is having the issue on 768px.

    If the plugin is working fine then there is no need to add the code if you find/face any issue regarding using this plugin with our theme then you have to copy that code and paste it into the child theme >> function.php file. But as you said it working fine then there is no need to add the code to the theme. Leave it and enjoy using the plugin with our theme.

I have checked your site there are 36 plugins lot of third-party plugins installed on your site. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then.     Actually, the issue you are facing is because of your own Custom CSS code that you added to the home page: https://postimg.cc/vgfb7mkn you have to remove that Custom CSS code and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.
