    Hello, @nhsobuz,

In order to solve your issue please go to Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce (shop) >> Product Catalog >> Default Product Sorting >> and choose Sort by price (asc). See the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/1n0hsvNk

Further, “stock_status” in “ASC” (ascending) order. Possible values are “instock” “outofstock” “onbackorder” so it will automatically display them alphabetically like this: 1.instock 2.onbackorder 3.outofstock.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @nhsobuz,

Ok, then other than this, there is no such option in our theme for this, it totally based on WooCommerce. So you have to try with any third-party plugin or the Custom Code on your site as per your requirements.

You can read this article: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-show-in-stock-products-first-shop/

    Hello, @nhsobuz,

I have tested the same thing on our test site and found no issue it is working fine as you can watch in this video: https://www.veed.io/view/8f548d04-311f-483a-be51-57d729c53838/showcase?sharingWidget=true

The issue is only at your site so please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @nhsobuz,

1- Regarding the article we shared with you, if the code is not working on your site then there are no other options in our theme to make, It Requires extra customization. If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

2- There is an issue with the child theme you are using on your site. Because when I activate the parent theme on your site the filter works fine check the images: https://postimg.cc/0MJYxt7b and https://postimg.cc/xXxMmrRX

3- I have added a widget to clear the filters to check the image: https://postimg.cc/rdS7Z3S6

4- To solve your issue I have added a custom CSS code in the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS as you can see in the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/MvsgnThV and check the result here:https://streamable.com/gedlu8 Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @nhsobuz,

    2. I debugged your site deeply and finds that the issue is in those attributes, I deleted the XXL attribute and then recreated it, and then again assigned those 3 products to the XXL attribute and it is working perfectly fine now, I have captured the video for you as well, please watch it here: https://www.veed.io/view/afae963a-fbfb-4baa-a57c-a82c3850bcfc?sharingWidget=true

So you have to delete the XL attribute as well again and then recreate it and assign the products to it as well, It will surely work for you.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
