Can’t get any xStore Theme to work PLEASE HELP

I activated X Store but have not been able to get any of the Demos to install. On some, it gets hung up on importing plugins. I had to go in and manually install each one. Once I got past that, it said loading pages, only to list a long list of errors, saying everything failed. Then I get a screen that says that Template is missing. I have yet to get ANYTHING to work with XStore. Please help. I have screen shots and video screen shots of these issues, but I don’t see where to upload them. Thanks in advance for your help.

Could you please reset your WordPress and provide me the fresh new WordPress site WP-Admin URL and Credentials in the private content area of this topic, by following the below-listed format, so that I’ll check it for you and Install the Theme and Import the Demo for you on your site, and also please let me know which Demo and with which page builder you want to Import (Elementor OR WP Bakery)?

Thank you for offering to get this set up for me, but I’m finding WordPress to be too difficult overall. So I’ve cancelled my WordPress host and would prefer to get a refund on my XSTORE purchase to pursue something that is a better fit for me. Thanks…

Hello,

When did you download the theme archive? Did you install a child theme when importing demo content? An archive with a bug was available for download during a short period of time and it seems you used that one. With the current archive, which is available on Theme Forest, all should be fine.

I bought the theme 22 October 2022,I have the same issue, please help me. I can not activate xstore core, and show the text in xstore theme ,The following required plugin is currently inactive: XStore Core.

Please download Core plugin from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads and reupload files of the plugin via FTP.
Or Submit a new topic – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ , provide URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access via Private Content area, so we can help you.
