    We suggest that you try turning off the Speed Optimization Options one by one under XStore >> Theme Settings and then clear the cache of the site and browser.

    Additionally, if you are using any cache or optimization plugin, please try deactivating it as well. If the issue persists, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can further investigate and assist you.

    Hello Mohammad,

    We recommend that you import the full demo from which you would like the shop page to appear on your website. You can then use XStore Studio to import any page or section from any demo to your website page as per your requirements. You can then set that page as your website’s home page from the WP-Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading.

    Alternatively, you can install the theme on a localhost and import the other demo on the localhost/test site, and then copy the home page from the local/test to the live site.

It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, so that we can investigate and provide assistance.

    I have tested the issue on my test site and it appears to be working correctly. You can check it in the private content area of this topic.

    It is likely that the issue is caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.

    We can also see that you have activated the server cache on your site. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to flush the server cache completely and then turn it off while you are in the development process.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to further investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before making any changes.

    Hello @ENRG,

    If you are able to see the changes in Customizer but not on the page front, then it is likely a cache issue. If it is working fine in Customizer, it should also work on the frontend.

    We suggest clearing the site and browser cache and checking back, or trying to check the site on a different computer with a fresh browser. If the issue persists, please take a complete backup of your site first.

    If you could provide us with your WP-ADMIN login details in the private area, we would be happy to investigate further.

    We suggest that you go to Loco >> themes >> xstore and edit the particular translation language and then click on the SYNC button. After that, you can search for and translate the words as needed.

You can only edit the Archive pages with the Pro versions of the plugins, and you must purchase the Pro version separately.     It is possible that the issue you are experiencing is related to the format of the images. If converting the images to .jpg format resolves the issue, then that would confirm the cause. You may then keep the .jpg format on your site.

    In order to change the active button color, you must edit the page with Elementor and edit the Ajax product tabs. There, you can change the tab button color and hover color. Please refer to the image provided here: https://ibb.co/tPqLx95.

    To change the product stock green color, simply navigate to XStore > Theme options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Elements > Advanced product stock and choose/select the desired color. Please refer to the image provided here: https://ibb.co/qd3sXjs.

    It is likely a cache issue. Whenever you make changes to your site, please try to clear the browser cache and check back again. You can use the Google Chrome extension provided here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn to remove the cache each time.

    1. To remove the sidebar from the shop page, please go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop Page Layout and select the “Sidebar Position” as “without sidebar”.
