    And it doens’t look like it.

    If activating the Xstore theme is causing your site to crash, it is likely due to a conflict with a third-party plugin. Before activating the Xstore theme, I suggest deactivating all third-party plugins on your site and attempting again. If this resolves the issue, you can then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    Alternatively, you can leave all third-party plugins deactivated and grant me permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will allow me to further investigate the issue.

    Hello Pedro Monteiro,

    We have deactivated all third-party plugins on your site, activated the theme and theme core, and required plugins. It is now working perfectly. Please clear your cache and then reactivate the third-party plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.
