I can’t edit the shop page using elementor

i can’t use elementor to editing the shop page amd you should know that i made shop page the homepage of the store then when i tried to edit shop page with elementor this happend https://prnt.sc/6H5Z1e34XzOV >>> https://prnt.sc/ZutGmABVsg-c and i tried the safe mode and didn’t fix and i tried the advicese of elementor site (i mean this https://prnt.sc/8u7pP3PdJ_gp)

Hello @mohmmad,

Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to inform you that it is not possible to directly edit any of the archive pages (Blog, Shop, Category, etc.) with any of the page builders. These archive pages can only be rendered using Theme Settings or with the Pro plugin.

What you want to say cannot be edited with such a simple thing? Like shop page, blog and ect? Before buying, it was written that everything can be adjusted. 😀

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, this is the case with all themes on ThemeForest. We recommend that you confirm this information with Envato as well. You can only edit the Archive pages with the Pro versions of the plugins, and you must purchase the Pro version separately. If you have any questions related to the Pro plugin, please feel free to contact the Pro version of the page builder plugin support.
