    Hello, @Martin,

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    We can also see that you have activated CDN from your server on your site. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to flush the CDN completely and then turn it off while you are in the development process.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to further investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before making any changes.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team

    Hello, Mohamed,

    We are pleased to provide you with information regarding the customization of the icons, color, size, and position of the product content effect.

    The icons have three possible color schemes: white, black, and transparent. To change the color scheme, please go to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Styles and make the desired changes: https://postimg.cc/CBTHBkCs

    To change the color and size of the icons, please copy and paste the following custom CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the color as desired:

    .footer-product .button, .footer-product .button.compare, .footer-product .button.compare:hover, .footer-product .by-vendor-name-link, .footer-product .et-wishlist-holder a, .footer-product .show-quickly, .footer-product .xstore-compare, .footer-product .xstore-compare:hover, .footer-product .xstore-wishlist {
        color: orange !important;
    }
    .footer-product .add_to_cart_button:after, .footer-product .xstore-compare .et-icon, .footer-product .xstore-wishlist .et-icon, .footer-product .button:before, .footer-product .show-quickly:before {
        font-size: 20px !important;
    }

    To change the position, please select from the options provided under XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Style >> product content effect: https://postimg.cc/Wt46DNgK

    Finally, to change the condition to Off-Canvas, please go to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Account: https://postimg.cc/7G5hkWJB

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello @bhabani,

    Have you created your single product page using the Elementor Pro plugin? If so, please reach out to the Elementor Pro plugin support team regarding this issue.

    It appears that this is a third-party plugin conflict on your site. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before doing so.

    Also, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate further.

    Hello, Martin,

    We recommend that you update your site’s PHP version to 7.4 and check back again.

    Troubleshooting a 502 error can be complicated, as the connection between your browser and most websites is not as straightforward as it used to be. For example, your browser’s request might get routed through a proxy server before making its way to the host in question, and many websites use multiple servers, which can further complicate the issue.

    Therefore, there are a few potential causes for this particular error code. We suggest that you contact your hosting provider for assistance in resolving the issue.

    Errors in your database.

    A server that is timed out, currently unavailable, or just not working as intended.

    The server is overloaded with too many requests. Perhaps a DDOS attack, or even just a larger-than-intended spike in traffic.

    A problem with your reverse proxy server.

    Faulty PHP scripts, courtesy of one of your plugins or themes.

    We hope this helps.

    Hello Peter,

    I would like to explain to you that the images you want in a horizontal shape are located under the widget. This widget is picking up the images from a single post, which is set as the featured image on the single post and also appears on the single post and blog pages.

    I have provided you with the Custom CSS code for that widget, however, it is not possible to change the image dimensions in that widget as there is no such option available.

    If you alter the dimensions of an image and re-upload it to the post, it will also affect the single post and blog post images, as the widget is automatically selecting the post image.

    If you are not satisfied with the given CSS code, you may remove it. However, any additional customization work required is beyond our capabilities.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello, Ms. Morbenia Morbeck,

    We understand that you are having difficulty removing the weight and size data from the Shipping tab in your WooCommerce store. An additional tab appears and there is no option to remove this data.

    We suggest that you can remove or hide this data with CSS. For more information, please refer to the following link: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/.

    If you would like to remove this data from the frontend only, you can try using the following CSS code:

    .woocommerce-tabs div#tab-additional_information tr.woocommerce-product-attributes-item.woocommerce-product-attributes-item--weight {
        display: none !important;
    }
    .woocommerce-tabs div#tab-additional_information tr.woocommerce-product-attributes-item.woocommerce-product-attributes-item--dimensions {
        display: none !important;
    }

    Please copy and paste the above code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and clear your browser cache.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello @shadicent,

    We regret to inform you that this is not possible due to the default behavior of WooCommerce. Empty product categories or subcategories will not be displayed on the site. You will need to assign products to them or use custom code or a plugin that better meets your requirements.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @mguevararojas2022,

    Thank you for your inquiry. As per the ThemeForest license policy, you are allowed to use one license for one project only (development site, production site, or localhost, but for the same project). For more information, please refer to the following link: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular. Hello @Laskowidz,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you are facing an issue with the Tabs element not moving beyond its section.

    The reason for this is that you have only used a single section and set the width to 30%. To set the Tabs section in between the page, you will need to set the width of the section as 100% or create two more sections as before and after and set the width to them as 35% each.

    We have created a detailed video to explain this further. Please watch it here: https://www.veed.io/view/ca2ae74e-127d-4c5a-9c69-81a82722ce8f?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    Hello @Srinivasan,

    Are you using a Child Theme on your site? Have you added any Customization code to the Child Theme? If so, please comment it out and check back.

    Alternatively, please try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of the browser, and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization.
