Some pages are blank in import demo incomplete options

    hellloooo

    I want some suppurt to install full demo on my site if possible

    Whenever I download the demo, I see that it does not load all pages and there are blank pages on the home page

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @azbarga,

    We would like to remind you that you can only import a single demo on a single site at a time. If you attempt to import multiple demos on the same site, it could cause damage to the site.

    Please ensure that your server requirements meet the latest theme and plugin minimum requirements. You can refer to this test site requirement for reference: https://postimg.cc/wttf9r6N.

    We recommend that you reset your WordPress and start with a fresh one. Then, please follow the steps listed below:

    1. Install the theme on your site.
    2. Activate the theme with your purchase code.
    3. Install the Theme required plugin like XStore Core.
    4. Try to Import the single demo on your site.

    I want to hide this line from mobile browsing! Because it affects the payment

    There is a lack of fields: such as the year field and the password field on the back of the card! This problem only appears in browsing the phone!

    We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue is not related to our theme. If the issue persists with the default WordPress Theme, it will confirm that the issue is not related to our theme and we suggest that you reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance. If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.
