Shop Page doesn’t display the products correctly

I have set up the theme to show 4 products per row in Shop page and 12 products per page. The shop page will display category and products separately.

But the shop page is displaying 2 products in 1st row 4 products in 2nd and 3rd row and 2 products in 3rd Row.

why is this happening.

Hello @Srinivasan,

Are you using a Child Theme on your site? Have you added any Customization code to the Child Theme? If so, please comment it out and check back.

Alternatively, please try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clear the cache of the browser, and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before doing so.

Please also provide your site’s WP Admin URL and Credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate further.
