    Hello, @gunjan gulati,

We are delighted to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. We kindly request you to revisit your site after clearing your browser cache.

We have made alterations to the color settings via the following path: Xstore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Search. For your reference, we have attached a screenshot of the changes made: https://postimg.cc/HJymBy2W

Additionally, we have noticed that the color of the bottom header is already set to white. It appears that you have managed to rectify this on your own. Could you please confirm if our understanding is correct?

We look forward to hearing from you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    2. Click on ‘Elementor’.
    3. Select ‘Settings’.
    4. Choose ‘Features’.
    5. Scroll down to ‘Upgrade Swiper Library’.

If the issue still persist, then We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    Hello, @Liva,

    3) Is it possible to list out of stock products at the end of product list while maintaining the alphabetical order for the rest of the products?

We regret to inform you that the Woocommerce plugin does not include a feature specifically designed to list out-of-stock products at the end of the product list while maintaining alphabetical order for the remaining products. As such, none of the default sorting options directly cater to this specific requirement.

We recommend that you reach out to the support team of the WooCommerce plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/, as this issue is not related to XStore.

Furthermore, we suggest you peruse the following threads for additional information:

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/prioritizing-specific-products-on-the-shop-page/

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/sort-the-products-in-out-of-stock-at-the-end-of-the-page-2/

We trust this information will be of assistance to you.

    Hello, @mariangio,

Certainly! Once you’ve added the HTML code in the HTML block, you won’t need to rewrite it. Your code will be saved and retained within the block once you publish it.

Please keep in mind that while you can write your own custom HTML using the tags in the top bar of the editor, there are some limitations due to Theme Options safety reasons. Not all HTML tags and element attributes can be used, but you should be able to create and customize your content within the permitted guidelines.

If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask!

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello, @mariangio,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lost settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.

We sincerely hope that this will resolve your issue.

    Hello, @Maitreya Patni,

We regret to inform you that achieving your desired outcome is not feasible with the current version of the theme. Our item support does not encompass services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality as described on the item page.

Should you wish to explore paid customization services, we suggest submitting a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX.

Alternatively, you may opt to use any third-party plugin that better suits your requirements, albeit at your own risk.

You also have the option to post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your request garners sufficient votes from other customers, our development team will consider incorporating it in one of the forthcoming updates.

    Hello, @Zeniths Scrubs,

We hope this message finds you well. To address the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request you to follow the steps outlined below:

    1) Copy the CSS code provided below:

    .content-product .product-title a {
    color: var(--et_link-color-hover) !important;
    }

    a. Navigate to Xstore on your platform.
    b. Proceed to Theme Options.
    c. Select Theme Custom CSS.
    d. Choose Global CSS.
    e. Paste the copied CSS code into the designated area.

Once you have completed these steps, please clear your browser cache and revisit your site to check if the issue has been resolved.

    2) We have recently conducted a performance test on your website using GTMetrix. The results, which can be found at the following link: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/zenithscrubs.com/Po7AYRiP/, indicate that the performance of your site is not satisfactory.

We recommend that you review the suggestions provided by GTMetrix in the Top Issues list, accessible here: https://postimg.cc/1nmj8fcn. Implementing these suggestions through the WP Rocket plugin should enhance your website’s speed.

Here are some general settings to consider:

    1. Enable the “Cache” option for page caching.
    2. Activate “Mobile Cache” to optimize performance for mobile users.
    3. Enable “Minify HTML,” “Minify CSS,” and “Minify JavaScript” to reduce file sizes.
    4. Enable “Combine Google Fonts Files” to reduce HTTP requests.
    5. Activate “LazyLoad” to defer off-screen images and videos.
    6. Enable “Load JavaScript Deferred” and “Load CSS Asynchronously” to optimize resource loading.

    For file optimization:

    1. Enable “Optimize CSS Delivery” and “Optimize JavaScript Delivery” in the “File Optimization” tab.
    2. Use the “Exclude CSS” and “Exclude JavaScript” options to exclude files that may break when minified or deferred. Test your site after each change to ensure functionality is maintained.

    For media:

    1. Enable “LazyLoad for Images” and “LazyLoad for iframes and videos” in the “Media” tab.

    For preloading:

    1. Enable “Activate Preloading” in the “Preload” tab to improve performance by preloading key resources.
    2. Set up preloading for fonts and other essential resources.

    For advanced rules:

    1. Add specific pages or resources that should not be cached in the “Advanced Rules” tab, if necessary.

    For database optimization:

    1. Schedule regular database cleanups to remove unnecessary data in the “Database” tab.

    For CDN (Content Delivery Network):

    1. If you’re using a CDN, configure it in the “CDN” tab. WP Rocket offers integration with popular CDNs.

    For Heartbeat Control:

    1. Adjust the Heartbeat Control settings in the “Heartbeat” tab if your website experiences high CPU usage due to WordPress Heartbeat API activity.

    For Content Delivery Network (CDN):

    1. Consider using a CDN to distribute your website’s assets across multiple servers globally, reducing latency for users in different regions.

We also recommend that you review our theme documentation on speeding up the website, which can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website//

    Hello, @Sagar,

We kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

If the problem persists even with the default WordPress Theme, it would suggest that our theme is not the cause of the issues. In such a scenario, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello, @khurram virk,

We would like to inform you that enabling a question and answer (Q&A) option in WooCommerce product reviews typically necessitates the use of a plugin, as this feature is not inherently included in WooCommerce.

We recommend that you explore third-party plugins available on the WordPress Market that best suit your requirements. You may try these plugins on your site, but please be aware that you do so at your own risk.

We have conducted a thorough review of your website’s single product page and found no issues. The ‘Add to Cart’ button appears to be functioning correctly and is properly stretched on your site. We believe the issue you are experiencing may be due to cache on your end.

    Hello, @vidomarketing,

Upon reviewing your single post page, we noticed that you have already set a 40px padding to the left and right of your content for the desktop version. However, this setting also applies to the mobile version. Therefore, if you simply set the margin to 5px on the left and right for the mobile version, there will be a 25px gap on both sides.

To rectify this, we have removed the padding from the left and right on the mobile version of the single post page. This was achieved by adding the Custom CSS code provided below to your site under Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS: https://imgur.com/NSGYYny

Here is how your site appears on the mobile version to us: https://postimg.cc/34hWwpRN

    .single-post section.elementor-section.elementor-top-section {

We have identified the cause of your issue to be the activation of the Header Overlap feature. To rectify this, kindly deactivate the Header Overlap option by following these steps: Navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Header Overlap.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We appreciate your effort in providing the video illustrating the issue at hand.

    1) We believe the issue you are experiencing may be due to a cache problem on your end. We kindly suggest you try the following solution: please turn off the “Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments” option and then proceed to publish it under Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

For your convenience, we have provided a reference image to guide you through this process: https://imgur.com/mDvEWqA

    2) We kindly request you deactivate the cache plugin and the optimizing plugin on your site, and then check its performance once again.

We trust that these actions will rectify the issue you are currently facing.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.
