    Hello, @Mitul,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We appreciate your effort in providing a video explanation to illustrate the issue at hand.

Upon reviewing the situation, we have determined that the problem you are encountering is not related to margins or padding within the site’s design. Instead, it is attributed to a phenomenon known as browser rendering, which is inherently dependent on the website’s loading speed.

To elaborate, when a website address is entered into a browser and the enter key is pressed, the browser sequentially processes the HTML, CSS, and subsequently any JavaScript or server-side scripts. The visual stuttering, or “jerking,” you have observed occurs during the transition from HTML to CSS rendering and until the page is fully loaded. While it is challenging to eliminate this effect entirely, it is possible to mitigate the delay by enhancing the website’s speed and utilizing a Content Delivery Network (CDN).

For a more in-depth understanding of this process, we recommend reading the following article: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/inside-browser-part3

We trust this explanation clarifies the situation, and we are hopeful for your understanding. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Hello, @GTP,

1)Regarding changing the full background color of the login page, the settings we provided earlier can help you achieve that. Please refer to our previous instructions to update the background color.

Now, if you wish to modify the color of the footer on the login page, it’s essential to note that the footer is distinct from the login page. To edit the default XStore footer, navigate to the WordPress dashboard, then go to Static Block >> Footer. There, you can edit the static block using Elementor to make changes.

For a visual reference, click on the image link provided here: https://imgur.com/a/TJNmCjX

If you want to create a custom footer specifically for the login page, we recommend referring to the XStore Footer Builder with Elementor documentation. You can find detailed instructions and guidance in the documentation, which will assist you in creating a custom footer tailored to your login page. Here’s the link to the documentation:https://www.8theme.com/documentation/documentation/xstore-builders/xstore-footer-builder-with-elementor .

    2) If someone signs up via Google, the registration process may vary.

By default, when users sign up using social login options like Google, the user data is often managed by the authentication provider (in this case, Google) rather than being directly stored in the WooCommerce/WordPress backend. The user information may be retrieved and linked to their account on your website.

    3) Regarding your query, we regret to inform you that, at present, there is no theme functionality to edit the Email Templates using Elementor. XStore provides a separate Email Builder for customizing email templates.

To edit the Email Templates, we recommend following the steps provided in our previous messages and referring to the documentation for the Email Builder. You can find detailed instructions and guidance on customizing email templates using the dedicated XStore Email Builder.

If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

    Hello, @proyectoswebit,

    1) We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully addressed the issue you raised regarding the alignment of the orange line in the menu style when hovering over it, ensuring it is at the same height as the header separation line.
To achieve this, we have adjusted the Bottom Header Border Bottom Padding to 0px in the computed box. This modification ensures a consistent and visually cohesive appearance, creating a seamless transition between the header separation line and the orange line in the menu style.

    b)Go to Theme Settings.
    c)Select Mobile Panel.
d)Choose the section whose name you want to change.

    Hello, @ryan,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you are experiencing with the Sale Booster feature, specifically the “Item Sold Fake Indicator.”

Upon thorough investigation, we have identified that the Sale Booster “Item Sold Fake Indicator” functions properly when the parent theme is activated on your site. However, the concern arises when the child theme is employed, as it does not display on single product pages, despite being enabled in the settings.

For a visual representation of this discrepancy, please refer to the attached image:
    https://imgur.com/a/P0gEvnR

To address this matter, we recommend activating the parent theme to ensure the Sale Booster feature operates as intended. This implies that the issue is specific to the child theme configuration. We understand the importance of maintaining the child theme for customization purposes.

Considering this, we kindly suggest reaching out to your site developer and ask them to fix it. We are not responsible for additional code customization in the child theme.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter.

    2) We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Currently, the XStore theme only supports social media authentication for Facebook and Google. Unfortunately, we do not have built-in support for other social media platforms.

To integrate authentication for other social media, we recommend using a third-party plugin specifically designed for the social media platform you’re interested in.

    3) We appreciate your inquiry regarding the ability to edit the panel/section where customers view their specific details and other account information in the XStore theme. From the XStore >>Theme settings >>Header Builder>>My account>>where you can customize the settings related to my account page.

We regret to inform you that there is currently no built-in theme option within the XStore theme for customizing this specific panel/section. However, we recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce support team, as they can provide more detailed guidance on how to achieve the customization you are looking for.

4)Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the customization of the lost password email template in XStore.

Certainly! XStore provides a convenient built-in Email Builder that allows you to edit and customize the password reset email template. To guide you through the process, please follow the steps outlined below:

Navigate to XStore >> Built-in Email Builder in your backend section.
Look for the option to edit the Email Builder password reset template.

    1) Yes, you can add icons beside text, like placing a TV icon next to “electronics.” Watch our tutorial https://www.veed.io/view/1f9188d6-dbf0-4f03-84f6-19f85eb0690b?sharingWidget=true&panel=share.

    2) Thank you for bringing your concern regarding the Ajax product tabs to our attention. I understand that the current configuration limitations on tab placement are causing inconvenience.

Upon reviewing your query, we appreciate your suggestion to utilize general tabs and connect them with a static block as a viable solution. We concur with your assessment, and it aligns with our initial recommendations.

Implementing general tabs and integrating them with a static block not only addresses the current constraint but also provides a flexible and effective solution to customize the tab location according to your preferences.

3/ Thank you for reaching out to us with your inquiry regarding the replication of a specific section from the XStore demo.

After carefully reviewing the provided demo link and screenshot, we regret to inform you that the live copy/paste feature for XStore is currently deactivated. Unfortunately, this means that an exact copy of the section cannot be achieved through this method.

However, we understand the importance of replicating the section you’re interested in, and we are committed to assisting you in achieving a similar outcome. To guide you through the process, we have created a comprehensive video tutorial that provides step-by-step instructions on how to recreate the section based on the screenshot you shared:https://www.veed.io/view/95ddb404-d726-45de-9828-6cd7062bfdca?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

For detailed guidance, you may refer to our instructional article here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

    Hello, @KSwan,

We wanted to bring to your attention that the buttons in the static block may appear wider on the mobile panel due to the slider functionality

We would like to inform you that our current theme does not include options or functionality to enable an off-canvas menu from the mobile panel.

We have created a static block named “mobile” for your site. In this static block, we added a section and incorporated the XStore Text Button. The key to resolving the width issue lies in configuring the settings for this static block specifically for mobile view.

Here is a step-by-step guide to assist you in adjusting the settings:

a)Access the static block named “mobile” on your site.
b)Edit the section containing the XStore Text Button using Elementor.
c)Ensure that the settings are configured appropriately for mobile dimensions.
d)After making the necessary adjustments, click “Update” to save the changes.
e)Once you’ve completed these steps, set the static block “mobile” to be used on the mobile panel. You should find that the buttons now appear as intended, without the width issues previously encountered.

    Hello, @AlMendez,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re facing with the “Quantity Discounts” section on your site. We appreciate your patience and would be happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

Firstly, we’d like to inform you that our Quantity Discount feature, known as Sale Booster, is functioning correctly on our test site. This suggests that the issue may be specific to your site configuration.

To troubleshoot and identify the cause of the problem, we recommend the following steps:

    1)Disable Third-Party Plugins:
Please disable all third-party plugins, including any cache plugins, that are not included with XStore. Hello, @KSwan,

In response to your concern about linking the mobile menu button to a specific page or menu, I would like to guide you through the steps to achieve this using Elementor and the static block.

a)Access Elementor for Static Block Editing:
Locate the static block you’re using for the mobile menu and edit with Elementor.

b)Edit the Slide with the Button:
Once inside Elementor, identify the specific slide containing the button you want to link.
Select the slide item and proceed to the content section.

    c)Adding a Custom Link:
In the content section, you will find options for editing the slide content.
Look for the area where you can add a custom link – this is where you’ll input the destination page or menu URL.

    d)Applying the Link:
After adding the custom link, ensure that you apply the link to either the entire slide or specifically to the button. This choice depends on whether you want the entire slide or just the button to be clickable.

    f)Saving Changes:

Once you have configured the link, make sure to save your changes in Elementor.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully link your mobile menu button to the desired page or menu. For a visual guide, please refer to the attached image https://imgur.com/a/aMPnN2I

    Hello, @KSwan,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re facing with displaying variable products using the Elementor builder.

After thorough investigation, we regret to inform you that our theme currently does not provide an option or functionality to showcase attributes separately on the Single Product page. Specifically, local attributes, which are created during product creation or editing, cannot be used for filtering and are only visible on the product page itself.

However, our theme supports global attributes for variation swatches. As a default functionality, XStore allows the display of image attributes on variable products near the “Add to Cart” button. Unfortunately, the separation of variation swatches into a distinct block is not supported.

For your convenience, we have prepared a video demonstrating the proper functioning of variation swatches on variable products. You can access the video through the link provided below:https://www.veed.io/view/0bf238bb-defc-404f-b391-22ae6aeb7fc9?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

Before testing this, we recommend turning off the catalog mode for a better experience. From the XStore>>Theme Settings>>Woocommerce(Shop)>>Shop>>Catalog Mode.
