    Hello, @ryan,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you are experiencing with the Sale Booster feature, specifically the “Item Sold Fake Indicator.”

Upon thorough investigation, we have identified that the Sale Booster “Item Sold Fake Indicator” functions properly when the parent theme is activated on your site. However, the concern arises when the child theme is employed, as it does not display on single product pages, despite being enabled in the settings.

For a visual representation of this discrepancy, please refer to the attached image:

To address this matter, we recommend activating the parent theme to ensure the Sale Booster feature operates as intended. This implies that the issue is specific to the child theme configuration. We understand the importance of maintaining the child theme for customization purposes.

Considering this, we kindly suggest reaching out to your site developer and ask them to fix it. We are not responsible for additional code customization in the child theme.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

Hi there, I switched from the Child theme to the main theme and transferred the settings.
I added “short description” on the product builder and I guess that enabled this.

    Hello, @ryan,

Yes, you are correct. The XStore Sale Booster(Fake sold indicator) is activated on the single product page when you add the ‘Short Description’ element in the product builder. This feature is designed to enhance the single product page with the inclusion of the short description. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
