    Firstly, we’d like to inform you that our Quantity Discount feature, known as Sale Booster, is functioning correctly on our test site. This suggests that the issue may be specific to your site configuration.

    To troubleshoot and identify the cause of the problem, we recommend the following steps:

    1)Disable Third-Party Plugins:
    Please disable all third-party plugins, including any cache plugins, that are not included with XStore. You can refer to our documentation (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins) for a list of bundled plugins. Clear your browser cache and then check the functionality of the Quantity Discounts buttons again.

    2)Debugging and Permission:
    If the issue persists, kindly keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site. Grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will enable us to thoroughly investigate and provide you with a tailored solution.
