    Hello Dhruv,

    MultivendorX plugin rewrites woocommerce/cart/cart.php file by its own template if there is more than 1 vendor seller → https://prnt.sc/14Fq2EdQBeHY

    So we found a filter to disable such rewriting action from their side and added
    add_filter('mvx_display_multiple_vendor_notice_at_cart_chekout_page', '__return_false');
    code to your child-theme/functions.php

    Please, check now !

    P.S. It is very not good practice at all when one plugin rewrites templates from another one, because in such case theme rewritten template has a lower priority than such file and it breaks the structure at all.

    “The Amp plugin has created a lot of issues.” – please describe every issue that you find in more detail with screenshots one by one.

    You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready photos there and provide us with URLs.

    “So many options do not work.” – please let us know what exactly option with examples.

    “There is no option to fix problems.” – we are here on the support forum to help you.

    “The shipping option doesn’t work” – please provide screenshots or a video for a better understanding.

    “the shop page category does not work” – What do you mean by this? Please describe in more detail or record a video of the problem and your actions, upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    “and Pages and posts are not showing correctly” – because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery). This means that a webpage viewed with AMP looks like a mobile application to facilitate the user experience and doesn’t look exactly the same as how the original page would appear on a desktop or laptop.

    Also, provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

    1/ Is all fine when the Email Builder is disabled?
    2/ On other stores, where all is fine, is our Email Builder activated?
    3/ Please make sure that the problem is not caused by different server settings for your stores.

    Hello PremiumPetware,

    Thanks for the access to your testing web-site but we still have some issues with access on your admin/ftp.
    1/ We have possibilities only to activate/deactivate plugin → https://prnt.sc/Yyi2u3tavKMb . But we need to have more access like removing/installing plugins. Details: we deactivated XStore AMP plugin but it was kinda 1/2 deactivated and shows an error on frontend → see private pic01.
    2/ We tried to rename XStore-amp folder using ftp but still have not enough permissions for that case →

    Command:    mv "xstore-amp" "xstore-amp-old"
    Error:            mv /code/wp-content/plugins/xstore-amp /code/wp-content/plugins/xstore-amp-old: permission denied

    We need to make a test but according to the permissions you provided to the user sent to us it is not possible. See private pic02.

    Could you please, fix it and give us feedback then?

    We checked and found the issue with showing Off-Canvas exists only if a product was added from the home page. So we check the options and found that you had opened ‘code’ tag but not closed → https://prnt.sc/oUpBY94Km1W9 .     About your images in the Safe checkout section – they are broken/unexisted on your server (maybe those images were deleted or renamed) → https://prnt.sc/HhghNYP5yeB9 so you need to upload new ones in XStore Control Panel → Sales Booster → Safe & Secure Checkout.

    2/ Product category page inherit layout from Shop. Settings for this layout you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop.

    3/ It requests additional customization in files, which is outside the scope of our basic support.

    We’ve re-created .pot file for the theme. Sync should be done now, but we can’t do it because of the mentioned error https://prnt.sc/PZUuxLGtHYRw . Please synchronize the translation by yourself. Or you need to find a way to fix the Sync problem. Please note that this problem is independent of our theme.

    2/ Please check the layout of the Cart page with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

    It’s related to Elementor plugin. They do not load static block styles (and do not allow init styles and scripts) if you use Ajax requests. So, contact Elementor plugin about this issue, or disable “Ajax For The Product Categories Widget” (Theme options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page filters).

    This situation is independent of the theme (you can activate the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and test then). It can be due cache plugin or CDN on your site. We would recommend you contact WordPress support.
