i was using porto theme but i really liked your theme and this is the reason i purchased it but i was unable to install it with my expertise. i hope you understand the urgency of the project and install the theme nicely. i have mentioned the site url and my login credentials.

You should understand that in the result of import new content will be added, so we would recommend you create a full backup before doing this, to be able to revert changes.
Before running the demo content import, please disable 3rd party plugins first. Here you can find a list of required plugins – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , then go to XStore > Import demos.

https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy – Please note that theme installation is not included in item support.

We’ve installed the mentioned demo on your site, please check.

You can activate 3rd party plugins now (Dashboard> Plugins). But do not activate them all, only plugins which you really need, because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.
For example, you do not need YITH WooCommerce Wishlist plugin, because our theme already have own Wishlist functionality – https://youtu.be/ZyjZ-vCx0pE

would appreciate this much. Also i would like to share my experience that is i think i am in love with ur theme and ur support. its just amazing…. never ever seen such a wonderful theme and so fast support. best of luck and i wish u lots of success

Hello Ubansal,

1/ Custom CSS code can be used to hide mobile panel from particular pages, for example, add the next code in Theme options > Theme custom CSS > Global:

.single-product .et-mobile-panel-wrapper, .woocommerce-checkout .et-mobile-panel-wrapper { display: none !important; }

after that check a single product page and checkout page.

2/ There is no such option, by default.
If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

3/ Removed.

4/ Removed.

5/ We would be glad to help you with this question, however, speed optimization is out of the scope of our support as website speed depends on various factors that we do not control.
This means that for many of the things that need to be improved, the 3rd party plugins/services might be required.

1/ The next custom CSS code can be used to remove the Wishlist from the sticky panel:

.etheme-sticky-cart .single-wishlist { display: none !important; }

2/ Our reply time may vary depending on the number of requests and is up to 24 hours Monday-Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends. But is usually faster than that.
