    There is no scroll option for products, but maybe we will be able to help you with custom CSS code. You need to create the static block and add products first, then let us know, so we can check your Mobile menu content to find out if the scroll can be added.

    Yes, it is because your translation for the theme is not synchronized. On our site and on sites of other our customers those words can be found independently of the language, it means translation works for French too.

    3/ We have enabled Ajax loading for the following page elements:

    Hello Amiseo,

    We’ve disabled “Show Excerpt In Content Product” in Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Products Design.

    It is because your excerpt contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show on the Shop page, some unclosed tags cause the problem. Keep the option disabled or edit the description of products. You can add a few words in the Short description area, without tags, then the content will be displayed just fine.

    We do not see the mentioned error on mentioned sites right now.

    It might be the issue of the cache. Please purge all the cache and clear your browser cache as well then check it again. If it doesn’t work please check if you are using the latest supported version of Rev Slider which is currently version 6.6.13.
    If you are using a supported version, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    This code connects a settings file to the page in order to attach styles, and it cannot cause such problems. Most likely, the issue arises earlier. To solve it, please provide us with temporary access to the admin panel and FTP.
