Safe & Secure checkout display issues

When I add an item to my cart on my Mac using Chrome, a quick view with the cart appears on the right.

When I add an item to the cart on my Mac using Firefox or Safari, no quick view appears on the right.

When I view Safe & Secure Checkout on my Mac with Firefox, I see Tootips even though they are disabled on Sales Booster. On Safari and Chrome, on the other hand, everything is okay.

If I use Safari or Chrome on my iPhone to view the Safe & Secure Checkout, everything is okay.

But not on my Samsung phone.

How can this be corrected?

Hello Juergen,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We checked and found the issue with showing Off-Canvas exists only if a product was added from the home page. Using the dev tools (as you can check also) we noticed the broken structure on home page → https://prnt.sc/23S72cnC8rr6 . It comes from the Sales Safe-checkout area → https://prnt.sc/u68684vz16b5 . So we check the options and found that you had opened ‘code’ tag but not closed → https://prnt.sc/oUpBY94Km1W9 . After fixing this issue everything works good → https://gyazo.com/0bc820cd249dc3e9f1853c1a1b5c180e

About your images in the Safe checkout section – they are broken/unexisted on your server (maybe those images were deleted or renamed) → https://prnt.sc/HhghNYP5yeB9 so you need to upload new ones in XStore Control Panel → Sales Booster → Safe & Secure Checkout.
