“it doesn’t work either with another theme” – If the issue you are encountering is not related to the theme, there is no need to reach out to the theme’s support team. Instead, please contact the support team for the Elementor plugin.

Upon thorough examination, we have determined that the issue persists even when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated (https://prnt.sc/nEyJ7QrTIg9G). This indicates that the problem is not related to our theme.
