    1/ Please record a video of your actions and where exactly do you get 503 errors.

    2/ Try to disable 3rd party plugins and check how it fork then.

    3/ Temporarily activate another theme and check how it works then.

    4/ Kindly provide us with the server load log. It will help us identify what exactly is causing the load and errors.

    You need to change the Dynamic wishlist page to a static one using our shortcode. Do the same for Compare.

    1/ We’ve checked and the gradient doesn’t come from our theme settings. Even when the Storefront theme is activated on your site, there is a blue gradient.
    It can be added by a plugin, custom code, or something else. We can’t say for sure, because it is independent of XStore.

    2/ Please check the products on the Home page now. We’ve disabled Ajaxify in the element settings.

    Dear Arbadev,

    You can conduct the tests with the plugin independently.
    Regardless of the theme you activate, different from the previous one, you will receive the same result. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with issues that do not pertain to the operation of our theme.

    Elementor plugin is used to create content of pages, so you can use the same plugin for product descriptions, as we did on our demos.
