We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved. The following code has been added to the function.php of the child theme.

In addition, we have rewritten the following files in the child theme:
wp-content/themes/xstore-child/woocommerce/checkout/checkout/form-billing.php

We have also made changes to the parent theme file:
wp-content/themes/xstore/framework/woo.php

Please refrain from updating the theme until our next update is released. Installing version 9.1.14 is not recommended as it may cause a fatal error.

The issue lies in the fact that not all variations have been created. For instance, for Spooky Baby & White color, the following size variations have been created: https://prnt.sc/SmCHBhJFZAKO
For Spooky Daughter & White color, only the following size variations have been created: https://prnt.sc/qF4mI2yqNZCJ
If you create the other variations, everything will work properly.

This indicates that the problem on your site is not related to the theme that is currently activated, hence, our XStore is not the cause of the issue. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, we are unable to provide assistance.

Please note that the child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading. Check your site after that, and use the child theme.

We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Do the reset, temporarily disable Jetpack and Elementor Pro plugins, then import the demo 1 time, and contact us. Provide temporary wp-admin access. We will check the situation and help you.
