I JUST INSTALLED THE THEME AND CHECK THE LIVE VIEW IMAGES ARE NOT LOADING PROPERLY AND STATIC BLOCK IS NOT VISIBLE A MESSAGE IS WRITTEN ” Selected static block was removed or unpublished “. I TRIED TO INSTALL THE DEMO AGAIN BUT PROBLEM IS STILL ON. ALSO WHEN I TRIED TO INSTALL DEMO SECOND TIME ” 2 MENU WERE VISIBLE ” PLEASE HELP ME.

I WILL RESET THE SITE AND AGAIN REBUILT IT. TELL ME INSTRUCTION PLEASE

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

Do the reset, temporarily disable Jetpack and Elementor Pro plugins, then import the demo 1 time, and contact us. Provide temporary wp-admin access. We will check the situation and help you.

Thank you for prompt reply.

Should i unregister the key first and then i will again reinstall the theme. Is it right way ?

If not please tell me the steps. So i can erase and activate my Xstore theme easily.
