Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We kindly request that the PHP version be downgraded from 8.2 to 7.x (prior to 8) or to 8.0. We suspect that the issue may be due to the PHP version.

If this doesn’t help, please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

I also make changes at the design level in the theme, and it does not apply them, for example I want to change the color of the cart, account and wish icons, they appear changed but it does not apply. I don’t know if it’s due to the same thing, thanks.
